The hotel staff are friendly, courteous, attentive, and helpful to guests. The Facility is excellent and had a Professional Gym Room in the Hotel, The location is excellent.

Jit is ok to stay here. Price should be around 120$ per night. Breakfast is very jormal. food container for breakfast Is dirty.

The hotel is a little away from the center (15~20 min by tram), plus 4min walk to the station. The check-in was quick, although in proper Swiss fashion the check-in time is only at 3pm. Fortunately, we were allowed to move in earlier. The room is big enough, but if you have big suitcases it'll be a bit tight. The staff is courteous and helpful, and try to accommodate if they can. The breakfast selection isn't too wide, but it's well arranged and has most of what you'd expect. There's a proper gym (exceedingly rare) with enough equipment to satisfy all but the pros. However, it does get a bit busy at times. They also have a decent swimming pool. There's a workstation with a printer next to the reception that guests can use for free - perfect if you need to print out tickets. They were happy to hold our baggage after we moved out until our flight in the evening - much appreciated. We paid about 125CHF a night for a standard room for two including breakfast, which is a good deal in Zurich. All things considered, there's very little to complain about. We had an excellent stay, and would love to stay there again.

Room was clean, Location was ok, decent room size for a 4 star hotel.

Very clean and tidy, very convenient location as well. The place includes a gym and swimming pool.

The hotel was nearby,service was ok..The receptionist could speak English. Overall the experience was nice , they provided free sauna and jacuzzi. Room service was good.

The hotel staffs are nice and the services are great! They build up an area in the lobby for watching the World Cup matches!
