The location is excellent. It is only a 5-6 minute walk to Zurich train station. There is a supermarket right across the street and plenty of restaurants nearby. You can easily walk to some of the most beautiful places in Zurich.
The room I stayed in had a kitchen, plates, cutlery, and a microwave.
The cleanliness could be better, but it was not terrible—just average.
The room had towels and dish soap, but there were no slippers or soap.

Horrible entrance to the building with a restaurant kitchen by the front door. Light switch have to be on in order to be able to charge your phone.

Easy to get in, good location. The room overhead light switch is also the power switch for the outlets – very inconvenient for charging your phone at night.

Near to down town
No sign to easy access at 1st time
The staff wasn't helpful during stay
The Room 33 curtains not working
The room is always lighten up
To much nosie all around
Their was a party at 3 am in the hotel which was different from the instructions

the location is very good thouh a little bit difficult l to find . the room is very nice with kitchen tools for our cooking. The bathroom also not so very clean but it is okay. For two nights the place is considered very good.

Good location - near Zurich HB train station. It is however quite loud at night, especially on a Friday night. Good and clean amenities and comfortable bed!

None of the photos of the hotel is what you get. Biggest scam ever. The room is not clean. Shower and sink didn’t drain well. There’s no ventilation in the room. Windows do not open. Stains on everything. No tables for luggage. No reply from anyone. The area is not as beautiful as you see in the photos at all. Do not expect anyone to help you even if you die in the room.
