Introduction Beachcombing in Lianjiang

Introduction
Some information may have been translated by Google Translate
Beachcombing is a marine cultural custom passed down from generation to generation by the people of Lianjiang. It is also one of the ideal ways for tourists to get close to nature and explore the ocean. Whenever the tide recedes and the vast mudflats are exposed, it is a good time to beachcombing. In the beachcombing areas of Lianjiang, tourists can find all kinds of "treasures" hidden on the mudflats. Colorful shells, lively crabs, plump and tender mud snails, etc. These marine creatures will appear one by one, allowing people to feel the magic and richness of nature.

Over the years of traveling, I have visited six underrated and niche tourist cities that are truly beautiful

Traveling to many cities big and small, some cities have beautiful scenery and rich culture but few tourists. Here are six underrated and niche cities to recommend to everyone it's worth the trip 1️⃣ Yunnan Jianshui A Belgian sinologist once said that the China he had been looking for all his life is Jianshui. There are not many tourists here, and it's not as famous as Dali or Lijiang, but time really slows down here. There are also many cultural relics, Jianshui barbecue and Jianshui tofu are unique, and the cost of living is really cheap, worth a visit. Recommended attractions: Shuanglong Bridge, Jianshui Ancient City, Narrow Gauge Train, Wulong Lake, Beishan Taozhuang, etc. 2️⃣ Jiangxi Shangrao Wuyuan is really popular, but Shangrao also has many other tourist attractions that are not so crowded. Shangrao also has Poyang Lake, Wuyi Mountains, and other places waiting to be explored by tourists. Yushan and Qianshan also have a lot of fun places. Recommended attractions: Poyang Lake Caohai, Wuyuan, Gexian Village, Wangxian Valley, Hekou Ancient Town, etc. 3️⃣ Guizhou Xingyi Wanfenglin is known to people, but Xingyi also has other fun places. There are really many waterfalls and canyons here, really suitable for people who like to play in the water. The karst landscape is really unique. Recommended attractions: Wanfenglin, Malin River, Qingshui River, Yubulu Tiankeng, Jilongbao, Wanfeng Lake 4️⃣ Zhejiang Lishui Songyang and Jinyun here are really popular, but there are few tourists in Jingning, Suichang, and Longquan. However, the scenery here is really unique. Suichang's canyon, Jingning's Daji, and Longquan's culture are all worth a visit. Recommended attractions: Jinyun Xiandu, Suichang Jiangnan Bingchacha, Longquan Town, Jingning Yunzhong Daji, Songyang Desong Manor, Chenjiapu, Yangjiatang Village 5️⃣ Zhejiang Wuyi 'No one comes to Jinhua for tourism,' said a friend of mine from Jinhua, but this small county in Jinhua really has beautiful scenery. It's seriously underrated. Liang Sicheng and his wife have been to Shaxiabao Village and Yanfu Temple here. Recommended attractions: Shaxiabao Village, Yanfu Temple, Yuyuan Village, Flower Fields, etc. 6️⃣ Fujian Lianjiang Everyone says that Fujian's provincial capital Fuzhou doesn't have much presence, and the counties below it are even more so. But this county has made a comeback against the wind with its scenery, becoming famous with the Fujian version of Rio de Janeiro and retaining tourists with other scenery. However, I still feel that such beautiful scenery is not enough 🔥 Recommended attractions: Beijiao Village, Qida Village, Fisherman Island, Pingliuwei, Gushi Village, etc.

Traveling to the summit of the flag-crowned peak, I took in the breathtaking mountain and sea views (with a hitchhiking guide attached)

Traveling to the summit of the flag-crowned peak, I took in the breathtaking mountain and sea views (with a hitchhiking guide attached)

My restless heart, briefly quenched by the crowded scenes of the Spring Festival, was reignited after the peak of the return journey... So I packed my bags for a short off-peak trip to the long-desired 'Rio de Janeiro of Fujian' in Lianjiang Qida Village's flag-crowned peak. Since I was traveling alone, I didn't opt for a self-drive (which would be more convenient and fun with more people), but instead relied on rides and walking for the entire journey. 🚗 Round-trip transportation: 1. Fuzhou⬌Lianjiang: High-speed train🚄 2. Lianjiang Station⬌Lianjiang Bus Station: Taxi🚕or bus🚌 3. Lianjiang Bus Station⬌Flag-crowned Peak: Hitch a ride🚙 📍The bus from Lianjiang Bus Station to Qida (Flag-crowned Peak) runs from 7:30 to 17:30 (about 1 hour per bus, see P11). After arriving at Lianjiang Bus Station, there's no need to buy a ticket at the ticket window or vending machine; just go through security to the Qida ticket gate and tell the staff you're going to Qida. They will lead you to the parking lot entrance to board a 9-seater business van (see P12, the staff mentioned this van can't enter the station). Scan the QR code to pay 20 yuan, and tell the driver you're going to the Flag-crowned Peak. He will ask you to get off at the entrance of Qida Village and walk straight for 100 meters to the Flag-crowned Peak hiking entrance (the large rock with 'Flag-crowned Peak' written on it at P10 is the starting point). For the return trip, you can call the driver to pick you up at the original drop-off point (village entrance), or walk to the pick-up point in Qida Village (see P13, navigate to Jinhaiyuan Taxi). ⛰ Ascending the peak: After getting off the bus, someone asked if I wanted a ride up the mountain. Two girls who got off with me chose to take the ride (though they still had to walk a bit after the car reached halfway up the mountain), but I wanted to challenge the 1,800 steps, so I didn't join them. I must say, those 1,800 steps were not easy to climb. I had to stop and catch my breath frequently, and it took me almost 50 minutes to reach the first peak (where many wish cards are hung), and then another 20 minutes to reach the highest peak (where the national flag is hung). ⚠️The first peak offers better photo opportunities than the highest peak, especially when standing on the outermost rock imitating the Christ the Redeemer statue overlooking the neighboring fishing village. It indeed makes for a great photo. However, it's also quite dangerous, as the rock is beyond the railing. I suggest not to attempt it lightly (I didn't climb out to take photos either; I only took photos of others).

My Moments have been bombarded with questions, people thought I went abroad

My Moments have been bombarded with questions, people thought I went abroad

Qi Da Village—After reaching the summit, I felt everything was worth it. It takes about 40-60 minutes to walk up the mountain and climb 1800 steps Navigate to 'Qi Guan Ding' where there is a parking lot and many small pavilions selling food and drinks. If you want to drive up the mountain, navigate to (Qi Da Qi Guan Ding) and park anywhere you like, but since it's all small slopes, it's recommended to place a stone under the wheel after parking! Next, you'll start climbing the slope on foot (about 20 minutes), the path is quite easy to walk, but some places have a steep gradient, so it's not recommended to bring the elderly and children. After reaching the summit, follow the crowd and there are several peak check-in spots. The most photogenic is the mountain peak to the right in front of you after descending a long staircase, the first thing you see is a large rock that's a bit difficult to climb up, you can use both hands and feet. Continue along the rock and the small path on the right is the Rio de Janeiro-style check-in spot. When I went there, it was off-season and not crowded, I only had to queue for a short while, but safety is a must, and it's not recommended for those who are afraid of heights.

It's not abroad, it's Fuzhou, as if I went to Rio de Janeiro

It's not abroad, it's Fuzhou, as if I went to Rio de Janeiro

Take advantage of the off-season when there are fewer people and check in at Qida Village in Fuzhou!! It's really beautiful❗️❗️ From the top of the mountain, you can see the endless azure sea, as well as the fishing village below🌊 It really resembles Rio de Janeiro in Brazil~ No matter how you take the photo, the view is gorgeous!! The temperature is just right during the off-season, and there aren't many people~ so the scenery is really photogenic!!👀👀 It was windy when I went, but for the sake of the photo! You can still take off your coat and take beautiful pictures~ 📍Address Qida Village, Qiguan Top, Fuzhou City 1⃣️ You should choose a day with good weather to go, otherwise the sea view will be greatly reduced, and remember to protect yourself from the sun! No admission fee required 2⃣️ Taking a taxi to Qiguan Top means you don't have to climb a long flight of stairs to reach the top of the mountain, about a 15~20 minute walk 3⃣️You can also take a ride with a scooter driver for 10 yuan per person to climb to the top of the mountain~ 4⃣️Sisters who want to exercise can hike up 1800 steps, and the view at the top is breathtaking~ 5⃣️There are water sellers along the trail, and you can purchase by scanning a QR code 6⃣️The better photo spots are on the big rocks, those who are afraid of heights must be careful and pay attention to safety! There are also drones for shooting, but I think a smartphone is enough~ 🍳Food recommendations: 1⃣️Fish noodles, fish balls, oyster pancakes 2⃣️Various seafood! Abalone, mantis shrimp, oysters, razor clams 🏠Accommodation I chose the Dinghai Bay Ruolin Hotel because it's only 20min away from Qida Village, and the hotel has huge floor-to-ceiling windows! The sea view outside the window is stunning👁️ It amazed me! There's a beach downstairs🏖️ and amusement facilities to play with! Very comfortable☀️

You don't have to go to Sanya to see the sea! Lianjiang Pingliuwei Geological Park.

Fujian's boardwalk to the sea is so beautiful! This is a small fishing village with a very slow pace of life. It is surrounded by the sea on three sides and overlooks the island of Taiwan. The sea erosion landforms make up this landscape - Beijiaobi. In this place that almost only locals know, there is a secret boardwalk to the sea. Address: Beijiaobi Geological Park, Lianjiang, Fujian Tickets: Free Transportation: Drive or take a taxi to Beijiaobi Geological Park Accommodation: Stay in downtown Fuzhou, where there are many hotels at different prices to choose from Travel tips: 1. If you drive, it is recommended not to drive into the park, because it can only accommodate one car, and there is only a small open space at the end to turn around. If it is the peak season, there will be too many cars to move. 2. This boardwalk seems to open in the evening. Before it opens, we asked the locals, and everyone climbed over it. 3. This is a great place to watch the sunset. You can adjust your travel time and remember to bring your own hat, as it is quite windy here at night.

Fujian's "Little Jiuzhaigou" - Lianjiang Beili Crab Valley is so healing

Fujian's "Little Jiuzhaigou" - Lianjiang Beili Crab Valley is so healing

Lianjiang tourism should not only know about Qiguan Top. I believe that more than 99% of locals and tourists from other places do not know that Fujian's "Little Jiuzhaigou" - Beili Crab Valley is also here with its clear mountains and bright waters, truly super healing and surpassing the scenery. The ticket price for the scenic area is 30, with half price for the elderly and students, and there are discounts for online ticket purchases. Navigate to "Beili Crab Valley Scenic Area" on the map. The scenic area is about 20 kilometers away from Lianjiang County Town and is relatively remote. It is recommended to and you can park for free FREE at the parking lot P at the entrance of the scenic area. From the county town, you can take the bus to "Danyang" 8, and tell the driver in advance where you are going. After getting off at the road junction, you still need to walk 1.7 kilometers. For the return trip, you can take a taxi back to the county town for 25-30. The scenic area is very large, and the whole tour takes 3-5 hours. The scenic spots include ■Scenic Area Entrance - Danyang Green - Secret Martial Arts Training Ground - Minzhong Workers and Peasants Guerrilla Contact Point - Taoyuan - Leisure Resort - Cherry Blossom Valley - Zhuangyuan Path - City Tower - Charcoal Kiln - Siheyuan - Filial Daughter Bridge - Baikou Spring - Bull Nose Pass - Stone Sea Valley - Longtan - Third Level Power Station - Stone Arch Bridge - Homestay - Dam - Beili Reservoir, which is basically a one-way round trip. The scenic landscape is relatively monotonous, if time is not ample, it is recommended to walk to Baikou Spring, and leave more time for photography. The most photogenic fish scale dam and bottle-shaped, round-shaped passages are all near Zhuangyuan Path, less than 500 meters from the entrance, which is very friendly to photography enthusiasts. Practical tips: Check the weather in advance, the color of the lake water looks better with sunshine.

This is not Rio de Janeiro, this is the city of God belonging to Fujian

This is not Rio de Janeiro, this is the city of God belonging to Fujian

This small fishing village in Fujian has become so beautiful that it's like 'Rio de Janeiro'! 😍😍 —Chida Village Flag Top✨✨✨ Climbing up the flag top, you can see the sea fishing grounds everywhere in the near sea bay, and the islands are scattered. Looking down from the top of the mountain, the whole fishing village is like a 'Venice' on the sea, with islands in the sea, sea in the mountains, mountains in the clouds, and clouds under your feet! 👀👀👀 ❗❗❗Travel tips, please keep them well! ✈✈✈ ✅Be sure to go on a sunny day, the scenery is good when the weather is good, it's the kind of beauty that doesn't need a filter, and you want to go a second time! ✅If you want the scenery to be more beautiful, start climbing in the afternoon. If you're lucky, you can see the sunset, the sea and the sky are the same color, and the beauty is colorful! ✅Don't underestimate the flag top, the scenery is really beautiful, but it's also very difficult to climb, there are 1800 steps from the foot of the mountain, and they are all steep! There are hardly any railings on the way up the mountain, so be careful! ✅You don't need to bring a lot of water, there are many tents on the way up the mountain where you can rest, and there are various drinks there, you can buy them on your own. ✅We went three days ago, it's still quite cold on the top of the mountain in December after the sun goes down, keep warm, the sea breeze on the top of the mountain is also very strong, be careful when taking pictures, the stone for taking pictures is a bit dangerous⚠️Those who are afraid of heights are advised not to go! Address📍: Flag Top, Chida Village, Lianjiang County, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province Tickets🎟️: Free Transportation🚘: 🚗Navigate to the Flag Top of Chida Village, you can see a big stone with the words 'Flag Top' written on it by the roadside, there is a free parking lot next to it, you can start climbing from the foot of the mountain here! 🚗If you want to be a little easier and climb less, navigate directly to Baiyun Temple, you can continue to drive up a section of the road when you get there, you can park next to the gate when you see it, it's also free! These are two opposite climbing routes, both can reach the top of the mountain⛰️ 🌅If you have any questions, you can tell me in the comment section~ 👣👣

Fuzhou Beijiaobi Geological Park Summer Beach, Enjoy Relaxation and Tranquility.

Fuzhou Lianjiang Beijiaobi Geological Park is the first place in Fuzhou to be touched by the morning sun. In summer, the brighter the sun, the more beautiful the sea. Walking along the wooden boardwalk leading to the ocean, I feel that my midsummer truly begins. On the drive there, colorful buoys appear like rainbows 'planted' in the sea. The dark green seawater crashes against the rocks, creating white splashes. The sea and sky merge in the distance, with green and blue blending perfectly. You can vaguely see the outlines of small islands in the sea, and the rocks embedded in the water vary in shape and depth due to the constant washing of the waves. 🏞️ Indeed, the bravest enjoy the world first; the most beautiful scenery is often hidden behind challenges. Sitting cautiously on the farthest rock, feeling the sea breeze, I seem to experience the loneliness of fishermen drifting in the boundless sea. The rolling waves in my ears remind me of the passage of time, allowing me to quietly enjoy the relaxation and tranquility of the present moment. 🌊
