Introduction Fall Foliage Sightseeing in Kobe

Introduction
Some information may have been translated by Google Translate
Kobe is famous for its autumn maple viewing, which is mainly concentrated from mid-November to early December. Mt. Rokko and Mt. Maya are popular maple viewing spots. The red leaves appear early in high-altitude areas, and the mountaintops have a wide view, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful red leaves. Kobe City Forest Botanical Garden is also a good place to enjoy maple leaves. With Hase Pond as the center, maple forests and various trees complement each other, making it suitable for family trips. In addition, during the red leaf season, many places in Kobe will hold lighting events, and the red leaves have a unique flavor at night. Visitors can also taste Japanese cuisine and enjoy hot springs in places such as Rokko to enrich their maple viewing experience. In short, Kobe's red leaf viewing not only allows you to enjoy the natural beauty, but also allows you to have an in-depth experience combined with local culture and history. It is an excellent choice for autumn tourism.

A Garden with Free foot spa

The garden is located on the top of the mountain that you have to ride on to the cable car. When you reach the top, you will see a few food stalls, a restaurant, a cafe, gift shops, a perfume museum, and some workshops. There is a path you can walk down, and you’ll see a lot of plants, flowers, and different types of herbs. They have a resting area full of swing beds, and it was so comfortable. The most exciting part is the free foot spa, which is actually an onsen. The heated spring water comes from this mountain, which is very famous in Kobe. That time I went there, it was in the winter, so it was perfect for me to try that onsen, you will have to pay 100 yen for the clean towel. While you are in the onsen, you can relax, enjoy the amazing view, and take a deep breath. The people recommend not soaking yourself for too long, about 10–15 minutes. I love this place so much that I went there twice, so I do recommend it to you guys and I hope you will enjoy. If you’ve been there before comment down below and tell us your experience too. #onsen #garden #museum #workshops #Footspa #mountainview #sunsetview #japan

Kobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens

After exiting Shin-Kobe Station to the ground level, you take the ropeway. Once you reach the summit by ropeway, you can overlook the entire city. There are shops at the top, so if you're hungry or want to drink alcohol, the summit is the place to be. The rose garden was also beautiful. It is recommended to leisurely descend from the summit to the midpoint of the ropeway. The path is well-maintained and clean, and you can enjoy the pleasant air of the fresh greenery. As you make your way down, stopping at various places where herbs are planted, you'll come across a flower field at the midpoint. On the way back, I took the ropeway from the midpoint station down to the bottom. Even if there's a line, don't worry, you won't have to wait long to get on. I think the season of fresh greenery before the rainy season is the best time to enjoy it ☺️

If you are looking for something unqiue to try in Kobe that is not a full meal, or a in between snack post meals, before meals, then do bookmark and check out this place that serves takoyaki style tofu balls in soup. They are made fresh upon order - served hot. soup in a bowl will then be poured - which is what you can dip and enjoy your water takoyaki in. Nice and a must try!

Kobe Arima Onsen: A Traditional Hot Spring Town

Kobe Arima Onsen is a traditional hot spring town and one of Kobe's popular tourist attractions. It is also one of Japan's three ancient hot springs. Among the hot spring establishments, Gin no Yu and Kin no Yu are the most famous, offering public baths for day visitors. If you just want a simple bathing experience, there is a free foot bath next to the Kin no Yu shop. Visitors are advised to bring their own towels, otherwise, the shop will charge an extra fee for towels. Visitors can also choose to visit other hot spring inns for a day trip. I chose Kin no Yu for a simple hot spring experience. The shop's environment is comfortable, and the charges are very reasonable. In addition, Arima Onsen Town offers beautiful scenery and the Yuzen Shrine for visitors to explore. The nearby shopping street, known as Yumotozaka, is a narrow stone-paved road extending from the main street of Arima Onsen. It is a great place for a stroll, allowing visitors to walk among houses from Japan's Edo period. There are many unique restaurants and shops, making it a great place to buy souvenirs, including skincare products made with Arima Onsen water. This spot is highly recommended for families or couples. 🕰️ Business Hours: Kin no Yu 08:00–22:00 🏖️ Environment/Facilities: Hot Spring 📍 Address: Arimacho, Kita-ku, Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture 💰 Average Cost: Approximately 650 yen for Kin no Yu (Weekdays) 💞 Recommended Reason: Hot spring experience 🗓️ Itinerary: Half-day trip recommended, can also visit Kobe Mitsui Outlet 🚙 Transportation: Direct bus from Kobe Sannomiya Bus Station, approximately 30 minutes

Kobe Luminarie is one of the best places to travel in Kobe-shi, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. Kobe Luminarie, which I had always wanted to see, finally got the chance to visit there . There were a lot of people and people lined up from around Daimaru, and it was hard to get there, but it was very fantastic and I was impressed. This illumination event is held every December. Each year the city is lit up with illuminations inspired by a selected theme. The imaginative lighting enfolds Kobe in a romantic milieu. it was really great experience. I will go there this December too. there was amazing lights and views . I took a lots photo there .

Great scenic views!

Great place with amazing views over Kobe. It was a huge experience to visit one of the largest garden in Japan. Start the journey by taking a cable car up to the top. I’m not afraid of heights, so can still take it easy. Worth it to get the amazing view! Got some really nice shops up there. I aslo bought a premium soft vanilla ice cream with a fantastic taste! Parking 🚗: Prefer walking on the streets. More adventurous! Address📍: Kobe Nunobiki Herb Garden located at Kobe, Japan. Herb Gardens in Kobe

#2024wish After quite a busy start to our trip we decided to do Kobe as a day trip from Osaka, what a great way to unwind with a casual stroll through beautiful trees, plants and herbs. The amenities were amazing and we even tasted some of the treats. Well worth a visit to get away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities. In 2024, I want to visit this place again.
