A wonderful hotel! My friend and I were late checking in and arrived late at night. They were waiting for us at the reception, helped us organize an excursion to the rice fields the next day, and did their best to make us enjoy our vacation. I didn't want to leave, the service was so excellent - fresh linen, authentic interiors, a clean shower, and a set of not only slippers, but also all disposable hygiene products. The hotel is located in the historical center, close to the main temples and the embankment, souvenir shops and restaurants. Inside the hotel, there are references to Chinese culture here and there, rice paper and calligraphy, Bonsai, amulet figurines, a fish fountain, and if desired, you can most likely request a tea ceremony in the living room. We only spent two days in Guilin, but we enjoyed the trip from the bottom of our hearts, largely due to the wonderful service of the hotel. an important nuance - but it concerns the whole of China - the staff does not speak English, the translator helped, the language barrier did not bring negativity - the staff were ready to help in everything

The room was very clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely come back to this hotel next time I need a place to stay, it's really great! Highly recommended~

Best breakfast in China! Xiaoming was very helpful with anything we needed and very generous. There are e-scooters to use, which you really need. Guilin traffic is not for the feint heated though and this is certainly not the place to learn to ride an old e-scooter. At first I wondered why I had booked a place so far out of town but in the end, with the scooter it didn't really matter. The room has seen better days and the lack of ventilation means high humidity from the shower mist, meaning sweaty nights, which isn't good. Didn't like the fact the music was left on ALL night below in the breakfast room as you can hear it in the room!

This hotel is a breathtaking sight in itself; every photo you take feels like a professional shot. The lobby's design is absolutely stunning and incredibly stylish. The facilities are comprehensive: a study, laundry room, tea room, and a kids' play area are all available. Our room with a balcony offered an immersive experience with the forest right outside, letting us breathe in the fresh scent of grass and trees. The rooftop is a popular spot for influencers! The large 'Yangshuo' sign wall is perfect for photos, and they even offer free Hanfu rentals, creating an incredible atmosphere. The glass observation deck is truly spectacular; the reflection of the mountains and rivers left me speechless. Sitting there watching the rolling hills, this is what a vacation should feel like. The hotel also rents out electric scooters with plenty of battery life, making it super convenient to explore Yangshuo. Staying here means you can avoid the crowds and peacefully enjoy the poetic beauty of the landscape. If you're coming to Yangshuo, choose this place; it's incredibly comfortable!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were gorgeous, very clean and just what we wanted. The location was great, right on the river and walking distance to Elephant Hill and Two Rivers and Four Lakes. The staff at the front desk were amazing, particularly Li Ying, who helped us book transport, a boat ride to Yangshuo, gave us tips on getting the best deals, restaurant recommendations, and even gave us some of her dessert to try one night! A pleasure to stay at Guilin Huali Inn - so nice we booked twice, and came back again!

The hotel is pretty good, close to all the attractions. There are electric scooters right outside the entrance, you can just scan one and go everywhere. However, be careful where you park it; it must be in the designated area. I, for one, forgot to park it in the designated area and got fined! The owner also gave us recommendations for nearby attractions, which was a nice touch!

Our stay was amazing! The room was spacious, clean and lovely. We had a gorgeous view of mountains from a panoramic window ⛰️ there is everything you need in the room. The food is delicious 🍱 and the breakfast is included! The owner was extremely sweet and helpful! It was our first stay in China and the experience was delightful ❤️ she gave us really good recommendations, helped with any booking we needed and even escorted to the singing cave herself. She literally did everything she could for us ❤️ Also, location is super convenient if you want to go to the singing cave (must see! It’s magical) . It’s about 7 minutes walk! The city centre is 20 minutes away by car 🚘

Me and my wife stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful accomodation. The room was very tidy and has everything you need. We didn't use the bathtub but it is a nice feature. The beds are comfortable and the nights were quiet. It was not high season so I am not sure how it would be if all rooms were booked. Sometimes in the morning we heard some noise from the hallway but it did not bother us. The Inn is located out of the city at the edge of a small town. I really liked it as you can go everywhere very easily with the e-scooters that you can rent with the Inn. Driving around Yangshuo was very convenient, with beautiful scenery everywhere. We also enjoyed the breakfast a lot! They serve a nice light soup with Guilin rice noodles. Also there is more vegetables, dumplings and some cake you can choose from. We also had lunch and dinner multiple times which was all very delicious! Don't skip it! Also they have a nice frontyard where you can enjoy your meals or drinks from the bar. Above all, the staff is incredibly kind and even though there is a language barrier, they put lots of effort in helping us. They helped us booking our activities and providing us with all the information to make sure we would enjoy our stay to the fullest. Xueying helped me practice some Chinese while I helped our with her English. She is extremely kind, so don't hesitate to come and book this accomodation as I am sure you'll have a great stay! Very close to West Street, making it convenient for getting around. **Environment:** The environment is very comfortable, with a pleasant breeze in the evening. **Service:** The owner is very nice. **Facilities:** The facilities are quite complete; it would be even better if the bathroom light were a bit brighter. It has a wet and dry separation.

The hotel's decor is truly unique and incredibly photogenic, perfect for taking stunning pictures. As a classic stilt house of the Hong Yao ethnic group, we were immediately struck by its charm upon entering. The ambiance is exceptional, arguably the best in the area, and it's conveniently located close to both viewing platforms. The spacious interiors, filled with an antique charm, were an absolute bonus, deserving all the praise! 👍 The hotel is family-run, and the owners are incredibly warm and friendly. They are quick to assist with any issues. We even received a 50% discount when visiting Jinfoding just by mentioning the hotel's name! The owner also helped arrange our return trip to Guilin station flawlessly. The owner's home-cooked dishes were incredibly delicious – we were completely satisfied with every meal. For breakfast, they even invited us to try their wonderfully fragrant local specialty, 'Youcha' (oil tea). The most remarkable part was their dog! When we left at 5 AM to catch the sunrise, their dog faithfully followed us. Initially, we were a bit wary, thinking it might be aggressive, but then we realized it was actually leading us all the way to the viewing platform. That dog definitely deserves an extra treat! 🦴 While five stars is the maximum rating, it doesn't fully capture how exceptional this hotel is. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends.
