I am 69 years old and have been living overseas for over forty years. Despite the language barrier, I truly appreciate （洋蜻）your patience and thoughtfulness in providing us with important travel information for seniors, as well as your valuable and heartwarming advice—all without causing us any inconvenience. Although we stayed for only one night, your 洋蜻careful guidance saved us a great deal of time and effort on our trip to Tianmen Mountain and the National Forest Park, helping us avoid unnecessary detours. Your thoughtfulness means a great deal to us. Thank you sincerely for your help, which made our journey smoother and more wonderful.

I want to take a moment here to describe one of my best moments with the staff from this establishment. Not only this place is located neitherly next to the fall for the best view; but they were always there to provide mewith the best care I also never experienced before from giving me a private tour around from themselves willingness, give me free liquor or drinks even if I didn’t want to some time.🤗. I got dressed up from his brothers shop; for me was an honour to be like having their cultural outfit for the day, show me the best restaurants around to taste the rich flavours of the region. And off course the incredible view at night from my balcony is unbelievable. This pale can receive sigle, couple and families. The room are rusting and very warm. It’s for me a 5 stars of the personality of the place and base on luxury. You won’t regret it! 👍🏼💝🙏

We had a really comfortable stay at the inn, they keep the room and bathroom clean, replacing towels and repleneshing water everyday. It was cold when we visited Zhangjiajie, so good thing all the heaters are working. Owners/staff are helpful, so we truly recommend ✨️👍 The place is a bit inside, but easy to find for the street is in front of the Orthopedic Hospital. You might also want to try the small diner beside the inn, simple and cheap dishes that taste soo good! 😋

Everything’s great from the hotel location, window view to staff members and hospitality. The only thing we had issue with is that the toiled would get clogged up no matter what. Thank you for the hotel staff for helping us order food, find the shows’ timetable. Also the hotel provides a free pick up from the railway station and some discount for the entry tickets.

Wow, what a gem Banpoli is!! We loved being just a 5 min drive from the South Gate entrance to the national park. Free rides from the sisters were so convenient! Breakfast was great, the room was spacious, and a major highlight was sitting in the bathtub watching the fog roll over the mountains after a day of hiking. The sisters running the hotel were truly amazing - they provided dinner recommendations, helped us order takeout to our room when we were too tired to go out, made sure breakfast came quickly so we could get to the park early, and did 2 loads of laundry for us! When we informed them we changed some of our itinerary due to rain and would check out early, they urged us to contact Trip.com customer service so they could help approve a refund for the 1 night we weren't going to be there!!! We are so grateful to them! Banpoli was my favorite hotel in my 17 day China trip and I hope to visit again one day!

The hotel’s location is great since it is near the scenic area, very near the bridge. The view from the room was great. The manager offers pick up and drop off from the railway station which was great. He also helps with carrying the luggages and very responsive to we chat. He also informs about the shows available around the area. The breakfast was ok, coffee, noodles and an egg. But honestly, really need improvement with the cleanliness and the maintenance of the amenities. The shower curtains has molds, the bath towels were old. I’ll post some of the pictures. They take pictures of you as well because the door lock of the room is through face detector.

I had a wonderful stay and genuinely enjoyed every moment. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully arranged. I especially appreciated how comfortable the bed was—it made a huge difference after long days. The overall environment felt both cozy and refined at the same time. What stood out most was the level of care and consistency throughout my stay. Everything ran smoothly, and it was clear that a lot of effort goes into creating a pleasant experience for guests. I would absolutely choose to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

The hotel in Furongzhen was a really pleasant surprise. We received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a balcony, which turned out to be an excellent bonus. The view was absolutely beautiful, and it became even more impressive in the evening. What we will remember the most is the city at night. The lights, the atmosphere of the streets, and the peaceful vibe made everything feel almost magical. Sitting on the balcony and just taking it all in was a highlight of our stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back.

This is a lovely hotel tucked away behind the touristy chaos of Wulingyuan that really allows you to actually relax. The ambience all over the hotel screams relaxation. The staff are incredibly helpful and provided a high level of service during the entirety of our stay. We were picked up from the train station for no additional charge, we met with an employee about our plans for the coming days exploring Zhangjiajie. They arranged our tickets, transportation and itinerary to the point where literally all we had to do was rock up. The staff were friendly and helpful and traversed the language barrier with no issues whatsoever. If i am to visit Zhangjiajie again i will surely stay here, and recommend it to everyone i know.
