My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from the very first moment. The welcome was impeccable, making me feel immediately comfortable and valued as a guest. Upon arrival, we were delighted to receive a basket of fresh fruit, which was a thoughtful and refreshing touch. The following day, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary breakfast. Everything was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality options. What made the experience even more special was the breathtaking view over the village, which created a perfect and relaxing atmosphere. I would also like to highlight the reception staff, who were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Every one of my requests was met with efficiency and a smile, including assistance with laundry services. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

I am 69 years old and have been living overseas for over forty years. Despite the language barrier, I truly appreciate （洋蜻）your patience and thoughtfulness in providing us with important travel information for seniors, as well as your valuable and heartwarming advice—all without causing us any inconvenience. Although we stayed for only one night, your 洋蜻careful guidance saved us a great deal of time and effort on our trip to Tianmen Mountain and the National Forest Park, helping us avoid unnecessary detours. Your thoughtfulness means a great deal to us. Thank you sincerely for your help, which made our journey smoother and more wonderful.

I want to take a moment here to describe one of my best moments with the staff from this establishment. Not only this place is located neitherly next to the fall for the best view; but they were always there to provide mewith the best care I also never experienced before from giving me a private tour around from themselves willingness, give me free liquor or drinks even if I didn’t want to some time.🤗. I got dressed up from his brothers shop; for me was an honour to be like having their cultural outfit for the day, show me the best restaurants around to taste the rich flavours of the region. And off course the incredible view at night from my balcony is unbelievable. This pale can receive sigle, couple and families. The room are rusting and very warm. It’s for me a 5 stars of the personality of the place and base on luxury. You won’t regret it! 👍🏼💝🙏

The owners are really friendly and welcoming. When we arrived at noon with our suitcases, the owner immediately helped us with our luggage, and his wife was also very kind. The inn is about a fifteen-minute walk from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. However, the double room on the second floor doesn't get any sunlight, so it can be a bit dark. The twin room gets sunlight and would be a better option, so I'd recommend booking a twin room.

Hotel is well located with a view of the valley. It's very close to the entrance of the walk that goes behind the waterfall and only a few minutes walk to the waterfall viewing platform. My balcony faced the large outdoor square, but there was no performance in the square since it was raining. Instead the performance was in the covered theater, about 3 mins walk from the hotel. There are food in the lobby and across the street. The staff is incredibly friendly. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful little place to stay, less than 5 mins from Avatar mountains. 25 min from Tianmen Mountain and 40 min from Grand Canyon. Service was so lovely they always know as soon as you come downstairs to start getting your food ready to cook for breakfast and it was a variety of different traditional servings. The receptionist would drive us to nearby restaurants and even organise larger rideshare (because of our luggage) when we can’t find one at all. Such luxury experience with mountain view. Very cold at night but they will always prepare your room for when you get back from an outing with the room nice and warm :) Hotel dog was very attentive and would walk us to the shops and back. No elevator though but not to worry, the receptionist will not only carry one but TWO heavy luggage cases up the stairs, for you. Her service was excellent! She also gave us some food for the road as we checked out. Would recommend staying here.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations! The location is perfect, with a stunning view of the river and the bridge right from the window. The room was spacious, bright, and spotless. Having two storeys was definitely a huge plus and a deciding factor for me. Breakfast was hearty (noodles and coffee), and the complimentary shuttle service to and from the railway station was a lifesaver. Huge thanks for that! I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Furong.

The owners are a married couple and the wife speaks English. She helped me plan my hiking trip and also helped me book discounted tickets. She gave me a map with a detailed route and it was extremely useful. Her husband drove me and another couple to the East Gate of the park the first day which was very nice. I also booked a Baofeng lake trip and the wife took me there on her scooter because she had to buy me the ticket in person. The room doesn't come with a view unless you consider the building next door a view, but it is clean and has everything you need. They provide 2 water bottles daily which were great. There's an elevator which makes carrying your luggage a lot easier. It is a noisy elevator so Im glad my room wasn't right next to it. The location is about 2 km walk away from the East Gate and the town is very nice. I would say Zhangjiajie mountains like Yuanjiajie and Yangjiajie were all worth it as well as the 7km walk along the Golden whip stream, the Grand Canyon was nice, and the lake tour was short but serene. Tianmen mountain is just a series of hours of escalators and the view isnt as pretty as the Avatar mountains. I'd say its better to skip it. Looking at it from a distance is enough.

The hotel was so convieniently located near the scenic area gate entrance. Shops right nearby and entrance to the whole area as well. View was of the first small waterfall but the town view was really good, especialloy at night when lit. Short walk to the main waterfall area. The owner was so helpful right from the time of booking, even before we landed in china, they were helping us plan our days through we chat, which one can get the number through trip.com customer care. Service was immaculate and room was so beuatiful and neat. We were a group of 8 and we got adjacent rooms with connecting doors to Baclony which was insane and pleasantly surprising. Free brerakfast was really good, prepared fresh in front of you. MUST BOOK if available. They arrange drivers for pick up drop off service as well. One way is free, other side is paid to the drive and is cheap.

The B&B's location is a bit out of the way, and the exterior isn't particularly striking, but the room's decor and furnishings were clearly chosen with great care. The room I booked was over 100 square meters, with its own tea room and panoramic glass windows, perfect for enjoying the view while sipping tea. The complimentary fruit platter and snacks were fresh and delicious. The absolute highlight was the butler at the front desk; his service was truly exceptional, going above and beyond to meet every request with an excellent attitude. I left something at my previous B&B, and he actually drove there himself to retrieve it for me – I was incredibly touched! The B&B's breakfast is a freshly prepared set menu with a good variety, and the beef noodles were especially tasty. I truly hope this B&B continues to thrive and flourish.
