The service at the hotel was excellent, and every staff member was very attentive. Although the hotel does not have an elevator, the staff kindly carried our luggage up to the room for us. We don’t speak much Chinese and this was our first time visiting China, but the staff spoke English very well. At first, we were quite worried since most people usually speak Chinese, but the staff supported us in every way—they helped us call for transportation, recommended food, and guided us with travel plans. The hotel’s food and drinks were also delicious—everything we tried tasted great. Overall, we were extremely impressed. If we have the chance, we will definitely come back to stay here again.

Reminds me of the historical past when I entered the hotel. The place is really convenient as it is within Wenshu Yuan, one of the places of interest. The place itself showcases the essence of Sichuan culture. The only setback is that it has no lift. But the staff was helpful to carry the luggage to our room for us. Especially thankful for paying attention to our check out time which is 6am early in the morning to help us carry our luggage down. It is a place worth staying if you want to experience the life in an ancient city.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Slice of Heaven in Xiaojin We stayed at Cloud Inn in Xiaojin County and it was honestly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. Originally, we planned for just one night… but my friend got altitude sickness (don’t worry — they even have an oxygen machine available!) and we ended up cancelling our next destination just to stay another night. That’s how comfortable and peaceful it felt here. What truly makes this place special are the people. The aunties, the staff, the bosses, and even the two dogs, Hua and Keke — they’re all incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely warm. From helping us when we arrived, to patiently explaining everything we needed, to just chatting and laughing with us — they made us feel like part of a big family. The hotel also has a café, and as a coffee lover, I’d give it 9/10! The latte was so good, and the vibe is cozy and relaxing — perfect after a long day of mountain air. As Muslim travelers, we mentioned our dietary needs, and the staff were thoughtful and careful to guide us through what we could eat. They even helped us locate a Halal restaurant nearby and arranged a very affordable taxi for us. It made a huge difference in our stay. Also, if you’re planning to visit Shuangqiao Valley (just 8km away), no worries — the hotel helped us book a taxi for about 30 yuan, and the same driver picked us up after. Super smooth and easy. And for those who want something extra special: the bosses are building a gorgeous new branch just 10–15 minutes away, with private pools in every room and a panoramic view of Mount Siguniang. I’ve seen it myself — it’s honestly breathtaking. If you can afford to splurge, this is the place. When it was time to say goodbye… I cried. Like, actual tears. The staff walked us to our van, hugged us, and told us to come again. It felt like leaving family. And I’m not writing this review because they were kind only to me — I’m writing this because this hotel is truly something special. For all of the Cloud Inn family — I will come back soon. Sincerely, Azatul 💛 ⸻ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 小金县的一片天堂 —— 我们原本只打算在小金县的 Cloud Inn 云上客栈 住一晚，但因为朋友高反（别担心，酒店配有吸氧设备），我们最后取消了原本的行程，多留了一晚。真的一点都不后悔，这里太舒服、太温暖了。 这里最特别的地方是人。酒店的阿姨们、工作人员、老板们，还有两只狗狗 Hua 和 Keke，都非常热情、真诚、有耐心。从我们一到达开始，他们就一直照顾我们、陪我们聊天、带我们看风景，真的感觉像家人一样。 酒店里还有一个咖啡馆，作为一个咖啡爱好者，我给这里的拿铁打 9/10 分！味道很好，环境也很放松，适合在山里玩了一整天后慢慢享受。 作为穆斯林旅客，我们在饮食方面有一些限制。我们说明之后，工作人员特别贴心，认真帮我们确认哪些食物我们可以吃，还帮我们联系了附近的清真餐厅，叫了一辆价格非常实惠的出租车。真的太感谢他们了。 如果你计划去双桥沟（距离酒店大约8公里），完全不用担心交通问题，酒店也可以帮你叫出租车，大概30元，而且司机也会按时来接你，非常方便。 还有一个超级惊喜：老板们正在打造一个新分店，大约离现在这家店10–15分钟车程。每个房间都有私人泳池，面向四姑娘山的绝美景色。我亲自去看过，真的太震撼了！如果你想体验更高级的度假感受，那边会是一个非常值得的选择。 当我们离开时……我真的哭了。所有工作人员都送我们到门口，有人给我一个拥抱，还有人站在门边目送我们离开。就像分别的家人一样温暖。写这篇评价不是因为他们对我特别好，而是因为这家酒店真的值得推荐。 致云上客栈的家人们：我一定会回来！请你们保持健康，早点休息，好好睡觉。希望你们的生意像天空一样飞得高高的！ 真诚的，Azatul 💛

This is the third time I have stayed here. I like the environment here very much. The room is simple and clean. The most important thing is that there is a slide in the room. The children like it very much. The view from the room is very good. The most important thing is that the food is delicious and the boss is nice. It's also very nice and the stay is very comfortable.

酒店雖然在老城區，但是底下就有很多商業街，而且應該屬於老城區這邊的市中心。另外有個事情非常好，雖然在市中心晚上居然不吵，這個值得好評。房間設施吧，該有的都有，一次性用品都很齊全，還有智能語音助手，這個真的出乎我意料，沒想到以這個價格都有語音助手。性價比很高。而且價格比碧峯峽的各種酒店便宜多了，還不潮濕，碧峯峽我去了好多次，住上面的真的不如在雅安找，而且這家酒店離旅遊車站很近，可以坐旅遊的黃車去碧峯峽或者蒙頂山，不用擔心停車。車可以直接停在酒店的免費地下停車場 。餐食方面雖然不包含但周圍有很多餐廳，早餐鋪也有。床挺軟的，但是被子有種漿洗過的偏硬的手感，不過價位在這裡能理解，而且比起優點這些不值一提。服務也很好，前台基本上24小時都在，有什麼需求直接去找前台基本上都能解決。而且送東西送到的很快，這個很重要以前住酒店老有送個東西送半天的。真心推薦，下次帶孩子來碧峯峽也住這裏。

The location of the B&B is very convenient, very close to popular restaurants like the shaved ice and sweet duck egg cake. However, there's no washing machine, and the room is located upstairs, so getting into the room with luggage requires assistance. The soundproofing is poor, and people talking outside can be heard right in front of me, but I was fine for a good night's rest. It's above Cha Baidao, and before Cha Baidao closes, there's a buzzing sound as soon as my head hits the pillow, but it disappears after closing.

The boss is very nice. He upgraded the room for free, gave me some fruit, and took the initiative to carry my luggage to the parking lot. The B&B is right on the ancient street, making it convenient for sightseeing. The environment is great.

I went to Guangyuan to hike the ancient road. I planned to live in the ancient city and found a lot of hotels on various software. I finally chose this one, but I didn't step on thunder. Their hotel and homestay are really antique, and the front desk lady said that it has a history of more than 100 years. The inside is very clean and hygienic. When you check in, there is a faint woody fragrance. Inside, taking pictures and punching in is also very good. Also a variety of enthusiastic introductions The front desk living room also provides free tea sets and coffee to brew there. Watching books and chatting with friends there is really special comfort and relaxation. And the front desk lady is very enthusiastic. Breakfast was originally provided at 8 o'clock in the morning. Seeing that we got up at 7 o'clock, we started to cook and let us eat breakfast. I didn’t plan to eat at the homestay. Miss sister enthusiastically called us to eat and said that we had done it well. Let us eat and save some money. I was really touched. ～ It is worth recommending a homestay. The service is good and the environment is good.

Songpan, known as the ancient city of Songzhou, is a place of historical and cultural significance. A sight of the mixing of four cultures: *******, Qiang, Hui, and Han. I stayed in this hotel for two nights and three days. The hotel is clean and gives you a taste of ancient architecture. The hotel manager is wonderful. She recommended great restaurants and helped us find taxi drivers.

The hotel is in the great location and you feel like you moved in time. Room is clean and shower works well. Beautiful courtyard downstairs. Breakfast let us down. There was no fresh orange juice or average food. The room can get hot even with air conditioner on. I did not find it as an issue but if you plan to arrive in August or June it could be a problem. There is a cosy wibe in this place and we would come back. Price is excellent.
