The owner was very welcoming; people from Northeast China are known for their straightforwardness. I stayed for three nights. Transportation was extremely convenient; electric bicycles and shuttle buses to the scenic area were right outside. I would definitely stay here again next time. The only downside was that the rooms were a little small, but the private balcony was a nice touch. I heard the owner renovated after May Day, so it will definitely be even better then.

Returning to Dali from Jizu Mountain, I temporarily chose to stay at Jinsuo Island. I have been to Dali many times, and this is my first time on the island. This hotel is indeed the most satisfactory one. The room has an unbeatable sea view. You can see the sea and the sunrise while lying on the bed. The facilities are very smart and the hygiene is also very clean. Super cost-effective! The breakfast in the sea view restaurant is also a little surprise.

This is my third visit to Dali, and this time, instead of just passing through, I stayed for two nights at the Meishan Inn. The inn is a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, with very comfortable rooms and a beautiful courtyard. They also have friendly cats! The owner's service was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive, making sure everyone was well looked after. The breakfast was plentiful, and I made sure to have a bowl of rice noodles every morning.

Took my mom out for a trip and saw Aling's live stream on Douyin. She came across as very practical, genuine, and unpretentious, so we decided to stay for a few days. Overall, it was a really good experience. As soon as you enter the courtyard, there's a water feature with koi fish, which gives a vibrant and lively feel. The two young men working there were incredibly attentive and patient in answering our questions, and their demeanor was very refined. We also had the good fortune to meet a compatible travel couple, Sister Liu and her husband, at Aling's place. It felt like such a serendipitous encounter for people from the north and south to meet here. In the evening, we gathered in Aling's courtyard to chat, drink tea, and share our travel experiences. It was truly delightful. Thank you, Aling, for bringing us all together!

I spent a lot of time searching for the perfect accommodation, and I’m so glad I did — because this place exceeded all my expectations. The location and the view are simply unbeatable. From the hotel, you get a breathtaking panoramic view over Lijiang Old Town and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Honestly, I don’t think you could ask for a better view. It’s the kind of scenery where you can take beautiful photos without even having to leave the hotel. Even the charming little slope right in front of the entrance is already a perfect photo spot. The location is also extremely convenient. It’s very easy to get a taxi, and you can quickly reach the main roads to go shopping, explore other parts of Lijiang, or travel to the airport and train station. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, always making sure everything was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the whole stay was genuinely wonderful from beginning to end. For me, this was a 10-star experience on my first trip to Lijiang. And considering the very reasonable price for such an exceptional location, view, service, and overall quality, I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here. If you’re coming to Lijiang, don’t hesitate — book this place. You won’t regret it. ❤️

From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Because a room upgrade was available, he kindly offered us a better room, which was a wonderful surprise. He also helped us purchase the tea we were looking for, something we truly appreciated. When we arrived at the entrance of the ancient town, Mr. Afei came to pick us up and helped us get to the hotel with our luggage. Upon arrival, he welcomed us with tea and fresh fruit, almost like a welcome drink, which was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture. He even sent us a message on WeChat with the most important places to visit in Lijiang, making sure we wouldn't miss the city's key highlights. Throughout our trip in China, we had never felt as warmly welcomed anywhere as we did here. Lijiang itself felt like a city that embraced us with warmth, and a great part of that feeling came from the exceptional care and hospitality provided by Mr. Afei. Thank you, Mr. Afei, for making our stay so memorable. You didn't just welcome us to a hotel; you made us feel at home. If you're visiting Lijiang's Shuhe Ancient Town, you absolutely cannot miss the amazing Guanxin Inn! The environment here is beautiful, with lush greenery in the courtyard and fresh air that instantly helps you relax. The bedding in the rooms is exceptionally comfortable – a good night's sleep here will leave you feeling completely refreshed! The service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive; no matter what you need, they'll help you out, making you feel as warm and welcome as if you were at home. Step outside the inn and you can immediately experience the ancient town's unique charm and leisurely pace of life, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation and capturing some great photos! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and immersive experience of Lijiang's culture!

Located next to Heilongtan Park, the biggest surprise was its 'tranquil yet central' location. You can reach the park in just a few minutes, and the Old Town is about a ten-minute walk. This allows you to easily immerse yourself in the bustling atmosphere whenever you like, then retreat to a peaceful environment. The room's balcony was a great bonus. The hosts were generally warm and welcoming, with thoughtful touches like airport pick-up, tea service, and afternoon tea. Minor drawbacks included the narrow alley making parking a bit tricky, and during summer, there was no snow on the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, plus finding a taxi around the Old Town was difficult. Overall, the value for money is better than staying right in the heart of the Old Town, making it perfect for a leisurely trip to Lijiang. We never wanted to leave the guesthouse each day. Finally, a complaint about Trip.com: the same room type was nearly 200 yuan more expensive than on Qunar, which felt like a lot of wasted money! Aren't they part of the same platform company? I'd really like to hear an explanation from Trip.com customer service.

The owner warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and thoughtfully introduced us to fun places nearby, instantly making us feel at home. Check-in was super fast, with absolutely no annoying waiting. The room was incredibly spacious, decorated warmly and comfortably, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. I slept soundly and woke up feeling refreshed. The room was spotless, and the bathroom had no strange odors, showing that the cleaning was meticulously done. You can even enjoy tea, chat, play cards, and drink with the owner. It's perfect for a trip with friends. The guesthouse has a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to the center of the old town. The owner was incredibly welcoming, offering to help with luggage and providing travel tips. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. Although it's on the street, it was very quiet at night; the attention to detail was excellent. My stay was perfect for a few days, and the value for money was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lijiang!
