The room is decent and clean. The only downside is a little bit far away from Sendai Station, which is still a 5-minute walk. However, the path from the station toward the hotel is a little bit complicated compared with other hotels in the same area. But still, a great hotel to stay in.

Great location! Few minutes walk from Sendai station and surround with lots of shops, restaurants and department store. There are 7-eleven and Starbucks at the first floor. The room is very nice. Everything is new, clean, with good space for two 28” luggage to open at the same time and we still can walk around the room. The staffs were so nice and provided prompt support. We found problem about the hair dryer at midnight and the staff changed a new one to us immediately. There are free amenities that you could pick at lobby. Highly recommend and would definitely choose this hotel if we have a chance to visit Sendai again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Good location very near Sendai Station  Nice room & hotel decor is modern  Dining & shops around  I chose a queen bed room  I stay on the 15th floor (train platform side)  I think the other side facing the taxi stand may have better view  However one side of the bed is lower so not very comfortable  Air ventilation in toilet need to be improved especially the bath area  Breakfast is good I like the fresh kiwi vegetable juice & cold cut beef  One thing to improve in toilet (no hangers for clothes)

Convenient location where JR station, subway stations are within walking distance. Very good breakfast with lots of local delicacies. I like the public bath too despite room a bit small but the layout is good that u have enough space to open your luggage. Free coffee at lobby.

Very good location only few minute walk to Sendai station and Tsusujigaoka garden, which has very beautiful Sakura blossom. I love the Onsen. It is very clean and well equip.

While the room itself was compact, the bathroom and toilet area felt relatively spacious. The shower and bathtub were combined in one area, with the toilet in a separate, adjacent room, which was very convenient. Upon check-in, the front desk offered a selection of bath salts, with a variety of scents to choose from. Controls for lights, air conditioning, and even requesting room cleaning were all handled via a bedside touchscreen, which was simple and intuitive to operate. Breakfast was also fantastic! It featured many local specialties from Miyagi Prefecture, and I really enjoyed putting together my own 'Date Breakfast' each morning. We were so exhausted from sightseeing every day that I didn't get many chances to photograph the hotel, only the breakfast.

I recently stayed at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Sendai and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Sendai Station, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed, reliable Wi-Fi, and a compact but functional bathroom. The space was efficiently designed to maximize comfort despite its size. The staff were friendly and professional, providing smooth check-in and helpful assistance throughout the stay. The hotel also offers amenities such as a self-service check-in kiosk, coin laundry, and free coffee in the lounge, which added convenience. Overall, Sotetsu Fresa Inn Sendai provides excellent value for money, offering a clean, safe, and convenient stay in the heart of Sendai. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The location is within a few minutes walking distance from the Sendai Airport Line. There are many department stores and restaurants nearby. It is very convenient for eating, shopping and playing. It is around 5 minutes walking distance from Sendai Morning Market.

Perfect privacy for a solo traveller. The room was small but large enough to still fit a desk, a comfortable bed and leave room to open your bag. The bathroom was even smaller but perfectly functional. The decor is a little tired with some staining on the carpet and lampshades but I didn’t book the room for the aesthetic, rather the value for money. The only let down was the laundry as it didn’t remove any of the light staining in my clothes that I’ve had no issue with before and even after 1hr20 in the dryer my clothes were still damp so I had to hang them to dry around the room overnight.

A stroke of bad luck left us stranded in Sendai when the JR East Shinkansen network was suspended. As the night wore on with no trains in sight, we grew anxious. By 11:30 p.m., we decided to book a hotel for the night. Thankfully, the hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise — newly and tastefully renovated, cosy, and functional. The highlight was the lounge, which offered complimentary beverages and a play area for kids — an unexpected but welcome touch. Like most hotels in Japan, it provided complimentary toiletries, but this one went a step further with facial masks and bath salts — a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more relaxing.
