Great location to the ocean and commerce street; easy access for in and out town and hiking/cycling trails (rota vicentina - definitely recommend); Friendly Duna Parque staff for the check-in and also enjoyed a fado performance as well.
Good value for money.
With a stay at Villa Eira in Odemira, you'll be a 5-minute walk from Beach of Franquia and 5 minutes by foot from Vila Nova de Milfontes Beach. This guesthouse is 0.7 mi (1.1 km) from São Clemente Fort and 4.9 mi (7.9 km) from Furnas Beach.
Take advantage of recreation opportunities such as a seasonal outdoor pool or take in the view from a rooftop terrace and a garden. Additional features at this guesthouse include complimentary wireless internet access and concierge services.
Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services and laundry facilities.
Make yourself at home in one of the 11 guestrooms featuring minibars. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Bathrooms have showers and hair dryers. Conveniences include safes and electric kettles, and housekeeping is provided daily.
If the amount charged is due to being a farm with animals, I think it is exaggerated, the site is quiet, but access is quite bad, the facilities have some defects such as soundlessness, lack of AC, etc.
The positive point is that the officials are innocent and that they have a lot of animal diversity, in addition to the tranquillity I have already mentioned.
Housekeeping pouco cuidado.
Imagine a desert without anything and suddenly find an Oasis with everything you can imagine !
Surprisingly , relaxing , beautiful and welcome with everything that is needed.
Two swimming pools (salt and sweet), spa, playing activities, local gastronomy prepared in a wonderful way, allied to the
professionalism and sympathy of all staff, including the Borboleta and Migas the mountain mascots .

Very Good
MMiguel ArrudaThe hotel is brand new, with beautiful rooms, a lobby lounge, a nice gym and small rooftop pool, restaurant, etc. I really enjoyed my stay, this is the perfect base for exploring Beja and its surroundings. Special kudos to Matheus at the front desk for his kindness and exquisite service!
GGuest UserLocation is good if you travel by car because of free parking and it's 15-20 min walking to the town center (3-5 min by car). The room was quite big and in pretty good conditions. But there weren't some amenities you expect in a 4 star hotel like slippers, bathrobe or kettle/coffeemaker. Bed and pillows were good. Buffet breakfast was typical (cheeses, hams, eggs, cereals, pastries, fruits) except for lack of vegetables.
If you don't want to have an unexpected visit of a housemaid at 9-10 o'clock in the morning (without _any_ warnings like knocking on door or questions) use ”do not disturb” sign!
GGuest UserNothing to complain about. Very nice staff. Breakfast was also OK for Portugal. The location is simply fantastic. Very cheap massage deals. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use them. We would definitely come back
CCostaBeautiful place with space for walking in trails and with a sweet donkey that lives to be pet. Room was very nice and clean, the pool was great and the surroundings very relaxing and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious! We really enjoyed our one night stay during our road trip, perfect for some rest before getting back on the road.
GGuest UserThe hotel was very nice, and it was very comfortable, and we arrived around 17:30, and here we arrived in the room and was hot, because the air conditioning had been connected. A little little little boy who told me just that he had chosen a good hotel.

Good value for money.
NNgBetter than I expected. Hotel is a bit old. But it has a homey feeling that fits perfectly with the village environment of Vila Nova Milfontes. Probably will stay here again next time.
JJimYFCThe staff is enthusiastic about service, we do not understand the use of equipment because they do not understand the results of the use of the equipment, they come to an on-site teaching to let us rest assured. The location is a bit far from the old city.
Traveling here is cheap. Very close to the bus stop is its advantage
GGuest UserA very friendly staff, especially Mr. Jakob from the pool bar and night bar.
Hotel with pleasant outdoor areas, but inside needs a renovation.
The rooms, with good areas, very spartans without any kind of decoration (not a simple Ikea picture on the walls ...).
The lights of headboard lamps were white, like wc/kitchen light ...
In the common areas of the hotel, lights were also switched between white and yellow.
Our reservation was ”looked Lake” but, as the room was on the floor -1 we only saw muto/ trees/mato ....
For a 3* hotel would be acceptable, for a 4* hotel I expected more
