Where can you swim in the ocean, sunbathe, and stroll around in shorts and a t-shirt in January? On the Canary Islands! We chose the island of Tenerife, specifically its southern part! We stayed at the wonderful Gara Suites hotel, which has a perfect location and delicious breakfasts! Tenerife doesn't have winter; it's the island of eternal spring! Everything is in bloom, the ocean is refreshing, but everyone swims and sunbathes!!! The island is home to one of the world's best water parks, Siam Park, where you can spend the entire day. It's a place that both adults and children will love! The main symbol of the island is Mount Teide, a volcano that keeps the clouds away and divides the island into the rainy north and the warm, sunny south. If you want to warm up in Europe during winter, head to Tenerife. It's warm, sunny, fun, and deliciously Spanish!

Blown away—this was our first time staying here, and I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in the Adeje area again. The location is unbeatable, with everything within walking distance. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by cheerful staff, and the hotel itself was impeccably clean. Our room, apartment 144, was spotless with a lovely fresh scent. However, it had a large terrace facing a wall, which was a bit disappointing. I requested a room change, and just two days into our 11-day stay, Raquel from reception kindly moved us to a beautiful pool-view room. This change turned our holiday from great to truly amazing—10/10 experience. The pool is stunning and always pristine. Every staff member we encountered was cheerful and friendly. It’s genuinely a fantastic place to stay.

Although this hotel operates on a half-board basis, we loved its location, halfway between the vibrant Costa Adeje promenade and the charming coastal village of La Caleta, both about a 20-minute walk along the scenic coastal path. Being walking enthusiasts, this suited us well, though e-scooters were also available for hire nearby, which seemed convenient and fun for those interested. El Duque, an upscale area of Adeje, was just a 5-minute walk, offering fabulous restaurants but only one bar, with prices reflecting the high-end vibe. The hotel itself was very good. Our room was just fine—though the bed was a bit hard for our liking, we don’t fuss over minor details. There are two main pools opposite each other with plenty of available sunbeds, and we never struggled to find one. However, we mostly spent our time at the hotel's beach club, a 5-minute walk away. While the return was uphill via five flights of steps, the fully sanded beach, premium loungers, and beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea made it well worth it. The nearby black sand beach was appealing, but for those preferring golden sand, one was only a 2-minute walk away. The grounds were immaculate and well-maintained. Meals were decent, with plenty of variety at both breakfast and dinner, though we wouldn’t call it exceptional. Staff throughout our stay were fantastic—friendly, engaging, and helpful at all times. Evening entertainment was another highlight, especially the ABBA tribute and various acts playing classics from the '60s to more recent tunes. Unfortunately, arriving late Friday and staying for only a week, we missed the hotel's Friday party night. The spa area was a bit underwhelming. It featured a steam room, but the supposed "jacuzzi" was essentially a small lukewarm pool with bubbles, which didn’t fit our expectations. The gym was adequately equipped for a decent workout. Our main disappointment stemmed from the lack of daytime activities or ambiance. Aside from the evening music acts, there was no background music, poolside entertainment, or build-up to the nightly shows, which ended around 10:30 PM, leaving the hotel eerily quiet as most guests disappeared. There wasn’t even a hotel shop to grab essentials or snacks, and the bars only offered peanuts or ice lollies upon request. Between breakfast and dinner, no food options were available within the hotel—a surprising gap. While a shop and a livelier bar were conveniently located across the street, the lack of on-site atmosphere did lead us to explore outside more than initially planned. One handy tip: no need to pack shampoo or conditioner as the room products provided are of high quality. Overall, we enjoyed our relaxing stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway. However, we’re unlikely to return due to the aforementioned issues.

I had an amazing 9-day stay at Riu Buenavista. This was my first time staying at a Riu hotel, and I’m already looking forward to visiting another one in the future. Upon arrival, we were delighted to receive a free upgrade to an interconnecting family room with a sea view. It was by far the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in—spacious, clean, and wonderfully quiet. The air conditioning was excellent for cooling off after a sunny day. The hotel’s location is ideal—situated away from the hustle and bustle of Las Americas but still conveniently close to excursions in Adeje, which was only a 30-minute journey away on the 471 bus. The bus regularly picks up passengers outside the Hard Rock Hotel, just a 5-minute walk from Riu Buenavista. Riu Buenavista features five pools, but I found them somewhat small and crowded compared to other resorts I’ve visited. Finding a sun lounger in the shade proved tricky as people would reserve them early with towels. Although we always managed to get loungers, they were typically in the sun. It would be great if the hotel provided shades or umbrellas for all loungers. The nearby beach offered clear, warm waters, though it’s quite stony. For those preferring sandy shores, I recommend visiting Adeje for a day. The promenade along the seafront outside the hotel was perfect for my morning runs—it’s absolutely beautiful, especially before the sun gets too hot. The food at the hotel was outstanding. The main buffet, along with the individual restaurants, catered to all tastes—pizza, pasta, a wide range of fish and meats, salads, and more. My favorite was the Asian restaurant, offering a delightful mix of Thai, curry, sushi, and noodles. However, I would have appreciated more traditional Spanish dishes in the buffet or a dedicated restaurant for local cuisine. While there was paella on some days, I would have loved to try more traditional Spanish offerings. Overall, this hotel is fantastic and offers excellent value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I can’t understand the negative reviews. Huge thanks to all the staff at Riu Buenavista!

The only downside to Hotel Villa Maria is that it makes you never want to leave. This standout hotel creates unforgettable holiday memories, offering perfection in every detail. Our 10-year-old daughter adored the pools. There are two main pools, each separate—one deeper than the other. Most children stayed in the shallower pool, although they were free to use both. Sunbeds were always available throughout the day, so reserving them wasn't necessary. Guests were respectful, with no rowdy behavior, making it an ideal place to relax. We loved the private garden behind our one-bedroom villa; it was extremely peaceful with beautiful views. Frequent visitors included lizards living in the stone walls, a cat who joined us for our Uber Eats Indian takeaway on two occasions, and even a dove. The hotel kindly provided a free extra bed for our daughter. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, offering a wide variety that was both quiet and well-organized. The hotel is located on a hillside, away from the busier parts of Tenerife, nestled between a golf course (apparently owned by the same family). The only minor downside during our stay was the need for taxis due to the intense 34°C heat most days, which made walking challenging. While taxis aren't cheap, the hotel's free shuttle bus into town was helpful, though its schedule was limited. Our villa had recently undergone refurbishment, making it look brand new. In fact, the entire resort appeared fresh and well-maintained, remarkable for a property that's 15 years old. The attention to detail throughout the resort solidifies its well-deserved 5-star rating. The higher price and secluded location likely deter guests prone to noise or disruptive behavior, which was a big plus for us. During our stay, everything about Villa Maria was utterly perfect.

Fantastic place for food and drinks and live music, with an awesome atmosphere. They go out of their way to accommodate guests. We were a family of 11, and Jordy John, the manager, kept the kitchen open for us even though it was already very busy. Definitely stop by and give them a try if you’re in Adeje.

We had a fantastic day out with our two teenagers, aged 14 and 12. We departed from Puerto Colon around 1:15 PM and returned by 6 PM. During the trip, we saw the Masca ravine, the Cliffs of Los Gigantes, had a 30-minute swim in the sea, and spotted bottlenose dolphins and pilot whales. The food was decent: vegetable rice (similar to fried rice) and four chicken meatballs (vegetarian option excludes meatballs), along with bread and a banana. Drinks were unlimited, with water available from a dispenser for self-service. There were also options like sangria, beer, Coca-Cola, and Fanta. Make sure to bring a card or cash for onboard purchases like ice cream and photos at the end of the trip. · *Important Tips:** · I highly recommend taking motion sickness medication like BIODRAMINA before boarding. Even though the catamaran is large, it does sway on the waves. We took ours 90 minutes before departure and had no issues during the trip (kids should take the children’s version!). · Bring sun-protective clothing, hats with continuous visors, a neck strap for the hat, and lots of sunscreen. There's a Decathlon store in Adeje for these items. · The hammock option, while not essential, is very convenient if you're willing to spend the extra €25 per hammock. We did the 4.5-hour Masca and Gigantes trip and were very comfortable. Note that there are only 12 double hammocks available, sold first-come, first-served, and cannot be reserved. Arrive early—at least an hour before—to secure one. We arrived early and managed to get a hammock even though some were already in line. · Pack snacks or fruit for hunger pangs, especially with kids or teenagers. The boat only sells ice cream (€3). · Bring snorkeling gear, though we didn’t use ours much since there weren’t many fish where we swam, and the volcanic sand made it difficult to see clearly. · Don’t forget to pack towels and pareos if you’re getting a hammock. The towel provided is small, so extra ones can cover you and protect from the hot surface. They’re also useful to shield your legs and feet from the sun. Lastly, wear flip-flops or other easily removable footwear, as no shoes are allowed on the boat, and they may get wet.

This was the best beach we found in Adeje. The sand was much more golden, and there was plenty of wet sand for kids to play on and for jumping waves. The beach is fairly small, which we liked better compared to other bigger beaches nearby. Although there’s a sign prohibiting balls, playing bat and ball seemed to be alright. Sunbeds were available, but many people also brought their own towels and parasols to relax on the sand. It gets crowded quickly—we arrived just after 10 AM and there were only a few sunbeds left to choose from. Luckily, we found one with a canvas parasol that we could move, instead of a straw one. Payment could be made by card or contactless, which was convenient. Some sunbeds were reserved for a local hotel, though. I’d recommend heading further down the beach rather than staying closer to the roadside. The toilets were clean, free to use, and there were some nice restaurants nearby and along the boardwalk. One downside was the lack of a tap to wash your feet. Sellers were present on the beach, but they weren’t too bothersome.

Just returned from my 5th visit to Princess Inspire, this time surprising my family with my partner. Unlike previous trips booked through a holiday provider, I booked directly with the hotel, which allowed me to choose a room type not typically available in a package and avoid the crowded arrival process. · *Reception** - The welcome was inviting; the receptionist was friendly and made us feel right at home. Our room was ready around 2 PM, and we were offered use of service rooms to freshen up. A helpful staff member took care of our luggage. However, the Escencia check-in service, advertised as a dedicated experience with a welcome drink, continues to disappoint as no one was available at the desk. Perhaps it should be reconsidered to avoid unmet expectations. · *Hotel** - The facilities were spotless and thoughtfully maintained, with friendly and attentive staff. I love visiting in November for the quiet, but even in July, it was pleasantly uncrowded. Sunbed allocation was great (not that it was essential), and the app continues to function well. Wi-Fi, though, was unreliable. The hotel remains a tranquil escape, perfect for those not looking for a party vibe. I appreciate the rules such as no loud music and designated smoking areas, adding to the peaceful environment. The Escencia perks, like access to different restaurants and seating options, were a nice touch, as was the happy hour from 5-6 PM. We opted for the B&B package, and breakfast at The One restaurant was fantastic every morning. · *Room** - We stayed in room 9011, an Escencia standard room on the top floor corner. Surprisingly, it was better than suites I’ve stayed in before due to the expansive wrap-around balcony with sunbeds and stunning views of the mountains and sea. The room was well-equipped, though the air conditioning was underwhelming, especially compared to the excellent reception area aircon. · *Location** - I still enjoy staying in Adeje. It’s more refined, and everything you need—shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and the beach—is within walking distance. We took advantage of our boat license and rented a boat from a marina nearby, which was a fantastic family outing. Plenty of excursions are also available for booking. · *Check-Out** - Unfortunately, the check-out experience could improve. Frederika at reception was noticeably brusque, failing to ask if we enjoyed our stay or needed case storage. It felt like a cold transaction and might leave a poor impression on new guests. The late check-out process is also inconvenient. Unlike booking through a provider, direct bookings cannot arrange late check-out in advance. This led to us having to vacate the room at noon, though our flight was not until 10 PM. Offering advance purchase for late check-outs would make the process much smoother. · *Would we return?** Absolutely. Being familiar with the hotel and its workings, I would definitely book directly again as it offers more flexibility with room options. Hopefully, the minor areas for improvement will be addressed by our next visit.

We spent 9 nights at Hotel Villa Maria and found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. Special thanks to Anto, Yanis, Bea, Julio, and Aura for their outstanding service. The villa was beautiful, roomy, and came with a hot tub. The restaurant service was equally impeccable, with staff ready to accommodate any request. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic family holiday.

Recently returned from Villa Maria and would thoroughly recommend it. The villas were fantastic—ours featured a terrace, while others included pools and hot tubs, all kept to a high standard throughout our stay. There was never any concern about sun loungers, as there were plenty available; we often found the top pool to be the quietest. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with special recognition to Oscar, Pablo, Salvador, Mariana, and Claudia. The food was outstanding, though drinks were pricey since we were on a half-board basis. The location is conveniently situated opposite Tenerife Top Training Centre and near golf courses and a driving range. However, the elevated position may not be ideal for those with mobility challenges. We would certainly stay again and highly recommend Villa Maria to others.

We've just returned from a family holiday at Tivoli La Caletta with our 14-year-old daughter, and it was undoubtedly one of the best vacations we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the amazing staff at the entrance and reception welcomed us with warm smiles and made our check-in seamless. The hotel's location is perfect, nestled in a stunning spot with La Caletta right on your doorstep, and Del Deque and Adeje just a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute taxi ride away. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is incredibly relaxed, whether you're lounging by the pool or enjoying drinks at the bar in the evening. It's got a cool vibe with a great mix of couples and families of all ages—perfect for anyone seeking comfort and tranquility. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully appointed, with daily cleaning and evening turndown service, complete with offers for extra water, towels, and delicious chocolates. The hotel's design is both stylish and practical, with a clear focus on relaxation and comfort. The staff truly stood out, always friendly, warm, and willing to go the extra mile to assist. Special thanks to Joe and the team at the poolside bar/restaurant, as well as Luca and the crew at the upstairs bar—they were exceptional and such valuable assets to the Tivoli family! Finally, we can't forget to mention Seen restaurant. Dining there was an unforgettable experience and an absolute must if you're in Tenerife. It's worth every penny! We're already planning to come back with more family members for another visit. Absolutely fantastic!

The hotel is charming, though a bit dated; still, you get what you pay for. The pool is excellent, a solid 10/10, though the round pool is quite deep. Rooms are clean and well-equipped with comfortable beds. However, we only had a tower fan, which was useless, so we struggled with the heat, even with the patio doors open. The internet was poor in the room but worked fine around the pool and bar areas. The reception staff were very helpful. Caleta itself is a quiet town with one decent cocktail bar and many fish restaurants, so we often took an £8 taxi to Adeje, which reception arranged promptly. The hotel supermarket is reasonably priced, and while there’s a Spar nearby for more variety, prices are similar. One downside was the meals. Mornings lacked enough mugs, and the juice glasses often had a funky smell. Evening meals had a shortage of dessert bowls. Once, there was a violinist during breakfast, which was a pleasant touch. The food was okay, but the limited choices meant my kids ended up eating pasta for five days straight. I'd only return if there was a self-catering option, as eating out increased our overall expenses. The sports bar was reasonably priced but understaffed, with just one barman who worked slowly, leading to long waits on busy nights. The evening entertainment was enjoyable, featuring an Abba show, a magician, and a fantastic Michael Jackson act. However, there were not enough seats in the bar, and kids sitting on the floor blocked access to the bar.

Played Adeje a few days ago, and while the views were nice, the course itself wasn’t at its best. Yesterday, we tried Los Americas, and it was truly impressive. Everything about it was spot on. The course was beautiful with interesting holes. Having played quite a bit abroad, I would definitely recommend a visit.

What a fantastic hotel! We’ve stayed at other hotels in Adeje/La Caleta, but this one is truly among the best, and we will definitely return. The suites are clean, modern, and well-equipped, featuring spacious terraces, and the pool at the suite is simply outstanding. The staff have been incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. Special thanks to Altea, Nathan, Dina, Liliana, and Fabio for their exceptional service, whether helping at reception, offering support via guest relations, or delivering top-notch waiting service and chef preparation at the à la carte breakfast where we celebrated a special occasion. This personalized service is what sets the stunning Baobab apart from other 5-star competitors. We are thoroughly enjoying our stay and will truly miss it when we leave on Friday.

We just returned from two wonderful weeks in Tenerife at RIU Buenavista, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! It was exactly the kind of vacation we were looking for: relaxing, soaking up the sun, and completely unwinding. · *Location and Surroundings 🌊** The hotel is somewhat secluded, so renting a car could be convenient if you want to explore a lot of Tenerife. However, we opted not to because we wanted a relaxing vacation without excursions. For us, the hotel's location was perfect. Within walking distance, there’s a small shopping center (Rosa), about 500 meters away. There are also a few shops located at the nearby Hard Rock Hotel. We even walked to the Hard Rock Hotel once and took the elevator to the top. From there, you get a stunning view of Adeje and the surrounding area, which is definitely worth it! 🌅 We also took a taxi to Siam Mall, which cost about €22 one way. Do note that the return journey can be tricky as many people tend to leave at the same time. We waited about 45 minutes before getting a ride back. · *Pools 🏖️💦** The hotel pools were truly delightful, and there are several to choose from, each with its own vibe: · **Infinity pool:** Beautiful pool overlooking the sea. No balls or large floats are allowed. A section is reserved for guests with disabilities. · **Activity pool:** The lively center for most activities. · **Kids' pool with separate baby area.** · **Adult-only pool:** Perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. · **Play-friendly pool:** Here you can have fun with floats, balls, and more. This is also where aquagym and foam parties are held. There were plenty of shaded areas and umbrellas, so finding a spot out of the sun was never difficult. The nearby restrooms deserve praise for being cleaned thoroughly and frequently. 👌 The only downside was the infamous towel reserving. If you wanted a good spot, you had to be at the pool by 7:00 AM. Although the hotel stated they wanted to address this issue, nearly everyone participated to avoid limited options. · *Food and Drinks 🍽️🍹** The food was generally good. There was plenty of choice, and it was usually warm and flavorful. While the buffet was enjoyable, a bit more variation would have been appreciated. Apart from the buffet restaurant, there are three themed options: · Grill · Italian · Asian-inspired Don’t expect gourmet masterpieces, but they're fun to try. We liked the Asian restaurant the best and found the Grill less appealing. Drinks were well-managed. We don’t drink alcohol much and didn’t encounter any disruptive behavior from other guests. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant. · *Atmosphere and Guests 🌍** Guests came from various countries, creating a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone seemed focused on enjoying themselves, which was evident throughout the hotel. · *Staff and Entertainment 👏⭐** The staff deserves enormous praise. We didn’t come across a single unhappy employee. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. The animation team was phenomenal. Their shows were of such high quality that we still wonder when they find time to practice. Even aquagym was presented so energetically that nearly two-thirds of the pool joined in—it was hard to resist! The team kept the guests entertained all day with activities, alongside exceptional evening performances. Housekeeping also deserves recognition; our room was thoroughly cleaned daily. Once, we saw them moving wardrobes to clean behind them—impressive attention to detail. · *Rooms 🛏️** The rooms were spacious, and ours was particularly large with a lovely balcony. The beds are quite firm, which may not suit everyone. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious bathroom. The shower was huge, big enough to fit three people at once. 🚿 The water temperature and pressure were consistently excellent—very refreshing after a day by the pool or in the sun! · *Parties 🎉🤍** The White Party and Neon Party were absolutely fantastic! These events take place on Fridays and are very well-organized. It’s worth bringing themed clothing, as participating makes it even more fun. The music, atmosphere, and decorations were perfect. At 11 PM, the parties ended promptly, ensuring everyone could return to their rooms peacefully. · *Final Conclusion 🌴** We had two amazing weeks at RIU Buenavista. It was everything we wanted: relaxation, excellent service, wonderful pools, incredible staff, and top-notch entertainment. Our only suggestions for improvement: · Address the issue of towel reserving at the pools. · Offer more variety in the food. Other than that, we can only say how much we enjoyed ourselves and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! ☀️🌊

We first discovered Villa Maria four years ago when I stumbled upon it by chance while searching for something I thought I’d never find. We loved the concept of villas but often found self-catering to be quite a hassle and, at times, isolating for our family of 14, spanning ages 91 to newborn triplets. Finding Villa Maria was like a dream come true. It allowed each family unit to have its private villa (we stayed in Bella Vista and two two-bedroom villas) while providing spaces for us to spend quality time together. Bella Vista, at the top of the resort, is an incredible three-bedroom villa with a private pool, stunning views, and plenty of space. Additionally, we enjoyed time by the two hotel pools. Our villas were cleaned meticulously every day, with fresh towels provided for both the villa and pool, which made our stay so much more comfortable. Over the past four years, the resort has undergone fantastic renovations, including updates to the villas, a brand-new reception area, an upstairs sunset bar, a café, a TV lounge, and the lovely Blue Oasis restaurant overlooking the pool. What truly sets this resort apart are the exceptional staff. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect, even providing buggy rides to the breakfast area, which, by the way, is absolutely delicious. My grandchild enjoyed mornings at the kids' club while we relaxed over a coffee. The resort also offered fun daytime activities like foam parties, paddle boats, and zorb balls in the pool, which the kids absolutely loved. The complimentary shuttle to the beach was another highlight. We spent delightful hours strolling the promenade and relaxing at a bar with some sangria. The hotel also arranged a nanny service in the evenings, so the little ones could sleep soundly while the adults enjoyed dinner and drinks. Gemma, our nanny, was lovely and very professional; we highly recommend this service. Overall, Villa Maria is a stunning five-star resort that we would recommend to families or couples seeking beautiful views, excellent amenities, and a short stroll into La Caleta. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Visited The Catalonia Oro Negro earlier this month and had a fantastic time. The wonderful staff work tirelessly to ensure you enjoy your holiday. We were checked in by Elizabet, who made sure we got a high room with a pool view (I had emailed the hotel before arriving). Our Premium Room was spotlessly clean. The breakfasts in the restaurant were delightful; the young lady makes the best omelets and fried eggs, always smiling as she works. The restaurant team, especially David, works incredibly hard. Camino and Sr. Mela manage everything perfectly, and both are remarkable assets to the hotel—nothing is too much trouble for them. While the evening meals got a bit repetitive, we chose to dine out a couple of times. Some building work was ongoing on the upper terrace, but the entertainment team led by Karin and Noel ensured everyone had a great time. They are both excellent additions to the hotel staff. The location of the hotel is ideal, making it easy to walk to Adeje or Los Cristianos. We're looking forward to returning later this year.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic 10-night stay at the Domes Baobab Suites in Tenerife. The property is stunning, and we loved our spacious, beautifully appointed two-bedroom Iago apartment. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the pleasure of our stay. The breakfast buffet was abundant, offering a wide variety of options, while the poolside bar made for a great spot to grab a quick bite during the day. A hidden gem of this location is the availability of Padel courts in the sports centre just across the street. They were ideal for a quick game and also served as a great venue to watch World Cup games in the evening. Though the walk to the beach is short, you should be prepared for a steep climb back. Additionally, the on-site shop was convenient for picking up essentials like milk and bread, saving us a trip to the nearest convenience store. Overall, our stay was wonderfully relaxing and comfortable. We highly recommend Baobab Suites as an amazing holiday destination in Adeje.

We had a great stay at MYND Adeje. The hotel is clean, peaceful, and in a great location. The staff is welcoming, kind, and friendly. Our stay included breakfast, which was delicious and offered a good variety. The location is highly convenient: the beach is within walking distance, there are two small grocery stores and several restaurants nearby, as well as bus stops for lines 471 and 473, making it easy to get around and reach various parts of the island, including the airport. We also loved the hotel's relaxation areas. The rooftop provides a stunning view, especially during sunsets, and it’s a lovely spot to enjoy the afternoon with the rooftop pool. Having just come back from an amazing 5-night stay at The Royal Garden Villas, I can truly say it’s a heavenly spot for complete rest, intimacy, and pleasure. The villa was gorgeous, with daily housekeeping service. The staff was friendly and lovely, and the breakfast was good. We enjoyed total privacy. We stayed in the stunning mansion-like Villa Johanna, which was exceptional. The location was ideal, just a short taxi ride to restaurants and the beach. Days were peaceful by our private pool, while nights were lively in town. Pure luxury and relaxation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, the incredibly friendly staff made us feel right at home. Special thanks to Antonia for preparing our delicious breakfast eggs every morning, and to Alice and Luca for crafting amazing cocktails in the evenings. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience. The rooms were spacious, immaculate, and well-maintained. We also admired the hotel's commitment to sustainability without sacrificing comfort. The pool area was never crowded, so there was no need to rush for a sunbed, adding to the overall sense of relaxation. Being within walking distance of La Caleta, with its excellent restaurant options, made the location even more ideal. Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would gladly return in the future!

Booked this hotel on my son's recommendation from his visit last year. Incidentally, he’s back there today himself! It turned out to be an excellent suggestion from him. The hotel is fantastic, and the staff are truly outstanding—some of the best I’ve ever encountered. They’re all so polite, friendly, and helpful, with a great sense of humor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Room 1004, the Club Suite. Though we were on a bed-and-breakfast package, we did have lunch a couple of times, and the food was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for its central location near the beach, bars, and restaurants. We're planning to return to Adeje later this year, and we’ll definitely stay at this superb hotel again. Many thanks to the amazing staff! While I won’t mention specific names, as I wouldn’t want to forget anyone, a massive thank you to you all!

My rating is influenced solely by an unfortunate event during my trip: my rental car, parked near the hotel, was targeted by vandals who shattered the passenger-side window with a rock. Thankfully, this act of vandalism didn't ruin my vacation, though I did lose over half a day dealing with the police report and car replacement. On that note, I recommend Cicar—an excellent rental company. Aside from this, the hotel, though dated, surpassed expectations. The Adeje area is undoubtedly one of the island's highlights, and the facilities were satisfying. Tenerife is beautiful, and I’d gladly return. The only downside was the €8 per day charge for the indoor parking, which felt overpriced.

We have just returned from our wonderful stay and are already missing the stunning grounds and kind staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and we have never felt so welcome and pampered. The food is excellent, the rooms are beautifully designed, and the communal areas are impeccably clean. Thank you for a truly magical experience!

We spent 10 nights in a Duchess Villa, which featured a bedroom, separate lounge, kitchen, patio, outdoor area with loungers, and a private plunge pool. The decor was stunning. The spa area was amazing and surprisingly underused, so we had it entirely to ourselves. While the villa was fantastic, it’s the staff that made this place truly special. Everyone was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Even the manager, Fiona, personally introduced herself at breakfast and ensured everything was perfect. Huge thanks to all for an exceptional holiday—we hope to come back!

Currently staying at the hotel and felt a bit apprehensive after reading reviews beforehand. We arrived late in the evening and were warmly welcomed by two lovely receptionists. We got a fantastic room with a sea view on the 6th floor. All the rooms offer a sea view. The layout is modern, featuring a separate lounge, kitchen, and bedroom, and the beds are very comfortable. There’s no air conditioning or fan, but so far, we haven’t needed one—you can hire one if necessary. The Wi-Fi is fantastic, both in the rooms (6th floor) and by the pool. I'm typing this review by the pool with full Wi-Fi signal. The pool area is lovely, clean, and open from 11 am to 7 pm, with plenty of free sunbeds and parasols throughout the day. There’s also a charming little snack bar by the pool. Across from the hotel is a great Spanish supermarket (Dialprix) with affordable prices and a wide selection of items. The beach is an easy 5-10 minute walk down a slight hill. This hotel is in an ideal location for exploring Adeje, Las Américas, Los Cristianos, or the rest of the island, with a bus station just 200 meters away. As for negatives? Sure, you can find them if you look hard enough. The hotel is located in Las Américas, so you can hear the nightlife strip from the balcony. If you’re looking for complete tranquility, opt for Adeje and prepare to pay more. While there are young guests here, the hotel enforces a no-noise policy after 11 pm. You will hear people coming and going, but we’ve had no issues. It’s Las Américas—don’t expect peace and quiet. Overall, we’d happily stay here again. The location is convenient, the hotel is modern and clean, the pool area is superb, and the price is hard to beat.
