Tides and Tranquility at Fundy National Park
#canadatrip
My trip to Fundy National Park in New Brunswick was a breathtaking escape into nature’s raw beauty. Famous for having the highest tides in the world, the park offers a constantly changing landscape shaped by the powerful Bay of Fundy. Watching the dramatic rise and fall of the tides was mesmerizing, revealing ocean floors and hidden rock formations within hours.
The hiking trails were a true highlight. From peaceful forest paths to scenic coastal lookouts, every step offered fresh air and stunning views. Dickson Falls was especially magical, with its cascading water surrounded by lush greenery. Wildlife sightings added excitement, as I spotted birds and small forest creatures along the way.
The combination of rugged coastline, dense forests, and tranquil lakes creates a perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. Whether camping under the stars or simply enjoying the ocean breeze, Fundy National Park provides an unforgettable connection to nature’s power and serenity.

Fundy National Park Of Canada
#canadatrip Very large a park, a lot of trails. To be exact 116 trails, according to Alltrails. We just did a detour on our way from Moncton to Saint John, added about 100km to our original trip. Spent a couple of hours there, just picked up a few spots from the park map to visit. A beautiful park.
Such a varied park. Waterfalls, beaches, forests, and massive tides. The red chairs are perfect for chilling and instagramming. There are plenty of trails to enjoy quiet walks, and there are myriad places to just sit and enjoy nature. Lovely place for a visit.
