2025 Amsterdam-Centrum Travel Guide: Must-see attractions, popular food, hotels, transportation routes (updated in June)

The plane landed at Schiphol Airport at 9 pm. It was around 11 pm when we arrived at the hotel because we couldn't find the hotel. We walked past it from the beginning to the end of the street about 3 times. The street wasn't short, it was hundreds of meters long because we didn't know that there was a restaurant downstairs at the hotel. The hotel sign was very small. We had to check in at the restaurant counter. The street in front of the hotel was a pedestrian street, the lively street of Amsterdam people at night. At 11 pm, people were still walking lively all over the street. They didn't walk slowly. Everyone was walking in a hurry but talking cheerfully as if they were about to change party places. The room was very small but fully equipped and the security was excellent. After checking out, we could leave our bags for free. We could walk around and then come back to get our bags. When we went to drop off our bags early in the morning, there was only our bag. When we came back to get our bags, it was very difficult because many people had left them there. We had to search for them ourselves. #amsterdam #netherlands

Each tour isn’t swarming with people so there aren’t huge wait times or crowds to get the perfect snap. 🍺There are a few opportunities to have tasters of the lager on the tour, with one guided tasting experience and then a leisurely drink at the end. They have 0% Heineken available as an option. 🎫 Tickets are easily purchased online on trip.com with all the necessary instructions included to reach the venue, that lockers are available and all other tour information. 🚗 Amsterdam has an amazing network of public transport that will enable you to get to the Heineken experience through the day. If all else fails there are taxis/ubers available. 🕝 You can take a tour until 18:30 which is great if you want to have a cold one before dinner. 🏷️ There are lockers available as no backpacks are allowed on the tour. I went to Amsterdam Central Station. Amsterdam is shaped like an island with a complex network of waterways that can be traveled by small boats, and from the outside, Central Station looks as if it is floating on the water. This central station is very large, and is lit up at night, making it very beautiful. #JapanAirlineEvent Light Festival was in progress, so lights were installed at the famous NEMO Science Museum in downtown Amsterdam, making the night view even more worthwhile. If you walk to the left of Central Station, there is a nice walking path that I recommend.
