I ordered the lobster spaghetti and a non-alcoholic beer, which cost me €31.50. Although I have a favorite lobster spaghetti spot in Milan that I visit every time I travel there, I found the lobster spaghetti at Il Carrettiere to be even more delicious. The lobster spaghetti at Il Carrettiere is made with a rose sauce base, combining tomato and cream, and enriched with lobster sauce for a rich and savory flavor. It includes half a lobster, which was incredibly fresh and had a delightful texture. I thoroughly enjoyed picking out the lobster meat. The portion was quite large, so I packed the leftover spaghetti to enjoy later for dinner. Even when cold, the spaghetti was still surprisingly delicious.
