📍Address: Mittenwald Station, Germany
💞Recommendation reason: It only takes 15 minutes to walk from the station, and about 2 minutes to walk up the stairs. It is very easy to walk, and then you can see such a beautiful view. I went there at the end of December, and the scenery was very impressive.

Mittenwald
This is a small town hidden in the embrace of the Alps - Mittenwald. This place is known as the "Hometown of German Violin Making". When I heard this name, I couldn't help but imagine a group of violinists playing beautiful melodies in the mountains. In addition to music, there are outdoor murals everywhere. Don’t be impatient, let’s experience the charm of this small town together!
First of all, Mittenwald's location is simply a great tourist treasure.
It is located in the Upper Bavaria region of Germany, close to Innsbruck, Austria. It only takes 50 minutes by train from Innsbruck, and the ticket price is only 9.8 euros, which is so cheap that I want to sit on the train for a while longer.
Friends traveling in Munich don’t have to worry, there is a direct train, which is the best choice for lazy people’s travel. As soon as you arrive in Mittenwald, you will be mesmerized by the beautiful scenery. The town is backed by the Alps, with the emerald Lautersee Lake in front of it and surrounded by forests and meadows. It is like a natural "sky garden".
Walking on the streets of the town, you can see handicraft shops and cafes everywhere, as well as those exquisite murals.

Mittenwald is a small town in southern Germany located in the Upper Bavaria region, nestled in the valley of the Isar River. Adjacent to Innsbruck, Austria, it features the typical characteristics of a small town in the Alpine region.
The gabled houses are arranged quietly in a serrated pattern along the streets, with walls adorned with exquisite 'Lüftlmalerei' murals. The roofs extend outward to protect the murals from wind, rain, and sunlight.
This place is also famous for its violin craftsmanship.
The Klotz family of Mittenwald has been renowned for making violins, violas, and cellos since the mid-17th century. It is known as the 'German Violin Making Town.'
