I went to the Ramen Museum at Shin-Yokohama Station. The alleys and shops have a retro atmosphere, and it looks like it would be fun just to walk around. I would like to introduce "Shabu Shabu Hisashi" in Shin-Yokohama, Kanagawa. It is located about a 2-minute walk from Shin-Yokohama Station on the subway, and about 5 minutes from the JR line, so it is easily accessible from the station. You can enjoy the famous Akagyu beef here, so this time I had the Akagyu beef shabu-shabu course with all-you-can-drink ~ ✨ The shabu-shabu was flavored with kelp broth and kimchi, but the shabu-shabu with the restaurant's special broth was especially delicious ✨ You can choose between rice porridge or noodles for the final course, so it is also highly rated that you can choose what you like. This afternoon I took the Shinkansen from Tokyo to Shin-Osaka. Along the way, I could see the scenery of Mount Fuji. Sitting in the right row by the window made it more convenient for taking photos.

The inside of the restaurant is quite spacious and has many seats. There was also a large private room👏🏻 Most of the restaurant staff are Chinese, so they are a bit rough lol, but all the food is delicious! The meat feels frozen, but that's no problem!
