This mountain retreat hotel in Anji is amazing to stay at! Hot springs, treehouses, and sunsets—all included

When looking for a relaxing yet fun place in Anji, we chose the Junlan Laozhuang Mountain Hot Spring Resort Hotel. After staying, the whole family was satisfied, so I’m sharing it with friends planning to visit Anji~ Exact address: Gucheng Village, Dipu Street, Anji County, Huzhou City. Just search “Anji Junlan Laozhuang Mountain Hot Spring Resort Hotel” on your navigation app to get there. It’s about an hour’s drive from Hangzhou, surrounded by green trees all the way, making the trip more and more pleasant. The transportation is quite convenient. The environment is truly beautiful. The hotel is tucked away in the mountains, surrounded by trees and greenery, with especially fresh air. Walking outside feels like strolling through a natural oxygen bar. The park has trails, lawns, and small ponds. Taking a morning walk while listening to birdsong feels incredibly relaxing, completely free from city noise. The best part is the mountain hot springs! Soaking in the hot spring pools surrounded by trees, looking at the distant mountains, and feeling the mountain breeze relaxes your whole body. There are several hot spring pools with different temperatures, including private small pools with good privacy. The whole family can soak and chat comfortably. Soaking in the hot springs at night feels even better, with warm lighting and stars visible above. We chose the forest treehouse for our room, and it was such a wonderful surprise! The treehouse is built among the woods; climbing wooden stairs up, the room smells of wood, creating a special atmosphere. The space is quite large, the bed is soft and cozy, and outside the window is the forest. Opening the curtains in the morning reveals greenery. Besides the treehouses, the hotel also has regular rooms, and I heard there are rooms with scenic views—definitely want to try those next time. The rooms are well-equipped, with separate wet and dry bathrooms, fast hot water, toiletries, and free mineral water. The details are well taken care of. The hotel also has a karst cave, which is quite interesting to explore. It’s cool inside, with stalactites and beautiful lighting, perfect for photos and check-ins. The kids found it fascinating too. No worries about dining—the hotel’s restaurant has a nice environment and serves local specialties and home-style dishes. Dishes like Anji white tea scrambled eggs, bamboo shoot braised pork, and local free-range chicken stew taste authentic, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety, including porridge, buns, eggs, side dishes, fruit, and milk, enough to fill you up and start your day of activities. The hotel offers many activities, so you’ll never be bored. You can take a yacht ride on the lake, enjoy the breeze, and admire the scenery; fishing enthusiasts can try lake fishing, patiently waiting for a catch, which is quite rewarding. At night, there’s starry sky movie watching on the lawn—sitting and watching a movie while enjoying the evening breeze is very pleasant. Be sure to watch the mountain sunset at dusk—find a high spot and watch the sun slowly set, turning the sky orange-red, perfect for photos. There’s also a Taoist culture experience area in the hotel where you can learn about Taoism. Interested friends should give it a try; it’s quite unique. Transportation is super convenient! Driving is the best option. The hotel has a free parking lot with plenty of spaces, so no worries about parking. For nearby attractions, it’s about a 20-minute drive to Zhongnan Baicaoyuan, where you can interact with animals—great for families with kids; a 30-minute drive to China Dazhuhai to experience the bamboo forest secret realm from "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon"; and a 40-minute drive to Jiangnan Tianchi, where you can see stunning lake views and wind turbines—great for photos. We stayed here for three days and were healed by nature every day—soaking in hot springs, watching sunsets, stargazing, unlocking all kinds of romantic experiences. Whether for couples, friends, or family trips, it’s perfect. Next time I want to escape the city, I’ll definitely come back here! 🏨 Anji · Junlan Laozhuang Mountain Hot Spring Resort Hotel [RoundNails] No. 1 Shangwu Natural Village, Laozhuang Village, Dipu Street, Anji
