Bambusa Hacienda

The most wonderful place to stay! I wish we could have spent more time there. Honestly, they make you feel like you are at home, as if you are part of one big family. It's probably the best customer service I've ever received for a long time. And the staff there are always making sure you are okay, and we will see to it. Besides the amazing customer service, the hotel itself is so beautiful that it's no wonder Encanto was inspired by it. It has a rustic elegance surrounded by beautiful scenery and nature. Every morning you will hear the most beautiful songs of birds and see some of the most beautiful birds in Colombia, honestly, my family and I fell in love with it! Want to check out the beautiful scenery and hotel, and the food? Amazing! Breakfast was always fresh and very tasty, and the homemade chocolate for hot chocolate was really delicious! Their menu is very diverse, not excluding amazing vegetarian or vegan options! My sister ordered a vegetarian meal and fell in love with it! Everything we asked for was really without any mistakes!
