🇯🇵 Kumamoto Travel: Horse Meat Restaurant 'Suganoya', Candeo Hotel Sky Spa, and Mount Aso!

Hello! This time, I'm sharing a review of my experience in Kumamoto. From a delicious culinary tour to a relaxing accommodation, and the majestic Mount Aso. 1. A must-try when visiting Kumamoto! Suganoya Horse Meat 🐴 Since I'm in Kumamoto, I can't miss out on trying their famous horse meat. I headed to the famous Suganoya Ginza Street branch. I was a little nervous at first, but my worries vanished as soon as I took a bite. The texture was so tender, it melted in my mouth, without a single odor, and it was even softer than beef tartare! 🥩 The plating was exquisite, and I immediately understood why everyone seeks out horse meat when they visit Kumamoto. It's a delicacy! 2. Second round: Scent-filled Izakaya skewered meat 🍢 After filling up on horse meat, I decided to head to a nearby izakaya! I ordered a skewer set with a cold beer, and the skewers, filled with the aroma of charcoal, went down smoothly. 🍺 Ending the day in the bustling local atmosphere was a great feeling. 3. A Healing Bath with a View of the Night, 'Candeo Hotels Kumamoto Shinshigai' 🏨 The 'Candeo Hotels Kumamoto Shinshigai' is renowned for its great location and facilities! The decisive reason I chose this hotel was the Sky Spa (large public bath)♨️ After a delicious meal, I soaked in the hot water while taking in the panoramic view, and all my travel fatigue was instantly washed away. The outdoor bath had a wonderful atmosphere, and there was even a sauna, so I slept soundly. If you stay here, a bath is a must! 4. The Next Day: Into the Great Outdoors, 'Mt. Aso' 🌋 After a good night's sleep, I rented a car and headed to Mt. Aso the next day! 🚗 Leaving the city and encountering the majestic crater and vast grasslands was breathtaking. It was a healing experience in nature, a different kind of experience than a city food tour. 📝 Kumamoto Trip Summary Restaurant: Successfully completed the melt-in-your-mouth horse meat challenge at Suganoya! 🐴 Accommodation: A relaxing bath with a night view at Candeo Hotel Sky Spa 🛁 Itinerary: A perfect itinerary of delicious food, plenty of rest, and a trip to Mount Aso the next day!
