My top tip: get there early to avoid the crowds and score the best photos. Bring water and a wide-angle lens if you have one! Getting Around In Morondava, hiring a local taxi or arranging a driver via your hotel is clutch for reaching the Avenue since public transport options are scarce. In Xi’an, the metro and Didi rides make exploring super affordable and efficient. Food & Essentials Madagascar tip: Try the roadside banana fritters near Avenue of the Baobabs—they’re cheap and super tasty.
