Go for the ice cream

Wat Arun, a temple on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, is a highlight of the temple's prang, decorated with beautifully colored glazed tiles. Another highlight we loved was the two giants, or Wat Chaeng giants, which are incredibly intricate and beautifully represent the beauty of Thai culture. This was my first time visiting the temple, and I wanted to go there because of the ice cream. The temple's signature ice cream, the Thai tea flavor, is a hit with both Thais and foreigners.
