Wat Phra Kaew Temple

Wat Phra Kaew is considered a national ancient temple of Chiang Rai Province. It is an important royal temple of the province and is the temple where the Emerald Buddha (Phra Phuttha Maha Mani Rattana Patimakorn) was discovered, which was enshrined at Wat Phra Sri Rattana Satsadaram in Bangkok. There are many interesting architectures and antiques. There is a Chiang Saen-style ordination hall, a bronze Buddha statue in the Mara-Vijaya posture with beautiful characteristics, a Chiang Rai Buddha statue, and a Lanna-style building. It is worth seeing and I highly recommend you go.
