PATISSERIE salon byS is proud of its tarts and croissants made with precious betsukai butter. I was attracted by the croissants and kouign amann, but ended up sitting down because of the parfaits. The Sakura Mont Blanc Parfait and Sakura Latte gave me the feeling of spring in Hokkaido. Croissants and baked goods are in the display case. The shop is full of flowers and sweets, with dried flowers for sale at the entrance. Opening hours are Tuesday to Thursday and Sunday 14:00 to 20:00, Friday only 16:00 to 23:00, Saturday only 14:00 to 17:30 and 19:00 to 23:00. Closed on Mondays.
