●Name Menya Hisashi ●Access 3-3-9 Nihonbashi Kayabacho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 🚗Use nearby parking ●Points Actually, this was my first time trying ramen that is said to be Jiro-style😅 The noodles are from Kaikaro in Asakusa The flavor is concentrated with dark soy sauce The photo shows the bean sprouts and normal garlic I only ordered the extra-large portion, but I'm not sure I could eat it all... There are about 10 seats at the counter, The noodles are thick so they take a while to boil, but I think the turnover rate is fast In conclusion, it was delicious😊 The char siu was especially delicious I'd like to come back when I want to eat something hearty or get energized #Tokyo #Gourmet #Ramen
