The beautiful mountains and rivers here have truly conquered my heart❗️ Compared to the bustling and lively Guilin and Yangshuo, I'm more drawn to the rarely trodden, peaceful and serene Chongzuo, Baise, and Jingxi. Summer vacation is approaching, and if you also want to visit Guangxi, be sure to bring this guide with you before you set off! ✅Transportation ✈️Fly directly to Nanning Wuxu Airport 🚄Or take a high-speed train directly to Chongzuo South, but I recommend renting a car from Nanning for a more convenient and flexible journey. ⏰Travel Itinerary Day❶Nanning➠Chongzuo➠Detian Waterfall Day❷Chongzuo➠Tongling Grand Canyon➠Sandiequan Waterfall➠Mingshi Pastoral Day❸Chongzuo➠Haokun Lake➠Sanmenhai 📷Recommended Sightseeing Spots 1️⃣Detian Transnational Waterfall Half in China🇨🇳, half in Vietnam🇻🇳, take a boat tour to admire the magnificent waterfall scenery on the Sino-Vietnamese border river. It's currently the high-water period, and I strongly suggest arriving around noon, as Vietnam upstream will release water, making the waterfall even more spectacular! 2️⃣Mingshi Pastoral The mountains and pastoral scenery here are tranquil and pure. Renting a bicycle or a small electric scooter to ride through the fields is really healing. In the evening, the sunset through the mountains creates an incredibly dreamy scene✨ 3️⃣Tongling Grand Canyon Deep in Guangxi, there's a prehistoric Jurassic plant garden of China! Without visiting here, how would you know that a leaf can be bigger than a person! 4️⃣Haokun Lake Navigate to 📍Nongwaitun and then slowly drive up the mountain road to the innermost basketball court, then hike to the top. You can also take a rural motorcycle up the mountain from the foot of the mountain, trying the same hiking route as Zhang Xinyu, worth a try for friends who like outdoor activities. 5️⃣Sanmenhai The water here really has magic! The color is dreamily extreme! Even on cloudy days, the lake presents a milky white color like Tiffany blue. If you've heard of Palau's Milk Lake, then this is Guangxi's Milk Lake! What's more special is that walking through the canyon caves feels like being in the world of 'Ghost Blows Out the Light'. 6️⃣Chongzuo Wild Camping Collection I can say without hesitation that just for this wild camping collection, I would visit Chongzuo again! It feels like roaming in a small Southeast Asian country, filled with a vacation and leisure atmosphere. Sitting on the nearby Heishui River, drinking afternoon tea on a bamboo raft, is a truly special experience!
