Luojiang, Deyang: Baofeng Temple Winter Trip On a warm winter day, I visited Baofeng Temple in Luojiang District. Before I even entered the temple, the red walls and black tiles exuded a sense of simplicity and tranquility in the sunlight. As I stepped inside, I was greeted by towering ancient trees, with sunlight filtering through the leaves, casting dappled shadows. The Mahavira Hall was solemn and majestic, and the benevolent expressions of the Buddha statues inside inspired a sense of reverence. Walking along the stone steps and paths, I arrived at a courtyard where a few plum trees were in full bloom. Their golden petals glistened in the sunlight, and their fragrance filled the air, adding a touch of warmth to the cold winter day. At that moment, the sound of Buddhist chants echoed through the temple, creating an ethereal atmosphere in the warm sunlight. I found a step to sit on, closed my eyes, and quietly embraced the peace and warmth. The hustle and bustle of the world seemed to be left outside, leaving only inner peace and tranquility. This trip to Baofeng Temple, accompanied by the warm winter sun, was especially healing and provided me with a rare sense of spiritual solace.
