The terrain of Enshi is mainly mountainous, with large undulations. I love the unique ethnic culture here. 🌟Hiking Gear 1⃣️Suitable shoes: Hiking boots with good grip and breathability. 2⃣️Knee pads to reduce knee pressure. 3⃣️Trekking poles to maintain balance and reduce leg burden. 4⃣️Sunscreen, sun hat, and sunglasses. 5⃣️Water bottle and food to replenish energy. 6⃣️First-aid kit. 7⃣️Rain gear, as the Grand Canyon often experiences changeable mountain weather in the afternoon. 🌟Hiking Route🔛 1⃣️Start in the morning from Yunlong Ground Seam, a landmark attraction in the Enshi Grand Canyon. It is about 3.6 km long, with steep cliffs on both sides and waterfalls cascading down, offering spectacular views. The hike takes about two to three hours. 2⃣️At noon, pass by the Qixingzhai Visitor Center to replenish energy and have lunch for over half an hour. 3⃣️In the afternoon, hike in the Qixingzhai Scenic Area, the essence of the Grand Canyon. With geological wonders such as sinkholes, ground seams, cliffs, peak clusters, and rock pillars, it is known as a "natural museum of karst landforms." We hiked to famous scenic spots such as One Incense Pillar, Bowing Pine, and Mother and Child Peak. The entire hike takes about 3–4 hours. 🌟This day's hike was very tiring. I stayed at a minsu in Enshi, which was very close to the Grand Canyon. By the time I got to the hotel, I was exhausted. I quickly enjoyed a delicious Tujia dinner, a specialty of Enshi.
