From Grindelwald Terminal, you take the gondola to Eiger Gletzer and then transfer to the train from Eiger Gletzer to Jungfraujoch. I know that Jungfrau times are fixed only during peak season and if you make a reservation, you will be given a ticket with the time written on it.
