In 1986, the discovery of the human face statue, kneeling figure, bronze standing figure, and the 'sky-reaching' divine tree drew global attention. After more than thirty years, new finds such as fragments of gold masks, bird-shaped gold ornaments, bronze divine trees, ivory, and jade cong have once again sparked people's desire to explore. “Where does the ancient Shu civilization come from?” “What exactly were the sacrificial rituals of our ancestors like?” “What exactly is the bronze giant standing figure and what is in the hands of the shamans?” The exhibition hall is designed with the concept of 'Piling up the three stars, the eye of ancient Shu', forming three covered mound bodies, symbolizing 'Piling up the three stars'; the blue glass curtain wall constitutes the huge 'eye of ancient Shu', looking out at the ruins from afar and gazing at history from within, symbolizing a dialogue between the past and present. The first floor is divided into two exhibition areas: 'Century Pursuit of Dreams' and 'Majestic Royal Capital'. It tells the story of the archaeological excavation of Sanxingdui and interprets the natural environment, social landscape, urban layout, and power structure of the ancient state of Sanxingdui from the perspective of civilization exploration. (The exhibition features a large number of jade cong, jade zhang, jade bi, he, and various bronze figures, with the giant standing figure also on the first floor.) The second floor 'Heaven, Earth, Human, and Divine' exhibition area is a display area for exquisite cultural relics from the sacrificial area, focusing on the important ritual vessels used by the ancient Shu people in sacrificial activities (mainly bronze divine trees, money trees, human face with bird body, vertical eyes, gold masks, etc.)
