Guizhou, as the only province in China without plains, boasts over 20,000 bridges among its rolling mountains. It has 50 of the 100 tallest bridges in the world, thus earning its name as the Museum of World Bridges. Limited by poor transportation network, the province stayed underdeveloped for many years. Since the 1970s, a massive infrastructure project kicked off a good start of the reshaping of Guizhou. Now, both people’s lives and tourism sector benefit from its better road complex.#awesomepic

One of THE highlights of 2022 was dragging my beloved Summer Feet™ to their first (and second! And third!) loved location - one of which almost turned into a brawl because, you know, no tougher street than the hike between hills and rice fields.(but that's a story for another day). It was a summer/ autumn of operatic proportions indeed, one in which I was privileged enough to witness six sites in 3 villages ! This one was particularly special because not only was scenic but also chilled . And what a consummate artist it is! Besides, I had an occasion to shoot this confection I collaborated with @jack and any excuse to channel a certain "Pretty town" is always a good one. Huangguoshu Waterfall is the first waterfall in China and a national scenic spot in China. There are 18 waterfalls on the ground and 14 waterfalls under the ground. The most unique thing about Huangguoshu Waterfall is that there is a 100-meter-long water curtain cave behind the waterfall.

The Xiaoqikong scenic area is located in Southwest County, Guizhou Province. Xiaoqikong, which means "Bridge with seven little arches" is renowned as a wonderful summer resort in Libo County. From Libo County, we took a taxi and the whole journey was about 30 minutes. We walked to the entrance building, presented our identification cards (Passport for foreigner) and paid for entrance fee. Inside the scenic park, there were free bus rides to take tourists to different sites. Since this place is too big, tourists need at least 2 days to explore it. 😅 Additional tip: Bring your slippers coz you'll surely enjoy the cool water on foot and extra clothes when you feel sweaty from a long walk. 😅 #summervacation #tripblazers #naturewonders

These two spectacular scenic areas are located in Libo county in Guizhou province.
