Except for the tasting, the price is on the high side, but considering the composition, taste, and the fact that it is steamed cypress, I think it is okay. In fact, just tasting is enough. The sauce is a special yuzu sauce, so you can eat it more cleanly if you eat it with seafood or meat. I don't like yuzu, so I got wasabi sauce separately and ate it, and it goes well with wasabi sauce! Below the green onion and bean sprouts are hidden beef brisket and Iberico pork belly.
