Last time, I visited 'Gugujok Jokbal', which gave me such an intense taste that I could finish a bottle of Chamisul Red in no time, because it opened its first store near Gwangmyeong Sageori Station!👍🕺 Gugujok is so delicious that it is highly praised in the local community, so I was really curious about what it would be like to eat the delicious Jokbal right out of the store, and my heart was pounding.😁 Gugujok boils the Jokbal right in the store every day, so the texture of the Jokbal is so good that I can feel it on my skin. As expected, the Jokbal was soft and had no gamey smell at all. The appropriate amount of liver and tender, chewy meat of the Jokbal gently stimulated my appetite and desire to drink. In math, it's like the classics, and in English, it's like Sungmun Basic English. It showed a taste that was very faithful to the basics. The basics are the best! 🕺👍 If you add fresh vegetables, right shrimp sauce, and right shrimp ssamjang included in the set, you can create a different taste! The stir-fried octopus was also large + firm + fresh, and the chewing taste was very good. The seasoning of the stir-fried octopus was not too sweet and I could feel the fire. It was a mixture of moderate spiciness and richness that was not too extreme, so it suited my taste very well. If you mix it with somen noodles and eat it, it's the end! You'll keep drinking soju. Even though it was octopus included in the set, it didn't feel like it was done roughly. The super-sundubu jjigae was full of force from the beginning, perhaps because it was passed down from a master with 50 years of tradition. I thought it would just taste like a side dish, but it was completely Osan, Gyeonggi-do. 🤣 The mild and rich taste lingered pleasantly in my mouth. The aftertaste was good. After eating spicy Makguksu and stir-fried octopus, there was nothing better to cleanse your palate! Ilpoomge-gae-juk was like a re-creation of the sticky crab meat soup I had at a Chinese restaurant. The combination of soft eggs, crab meat, and sesame oil was perfect! It was delicious, but my stomach felt very comfortable after eating it. The platter Makguksu presented the delicious taste that we are familiar with without being burdensome. If you add pig's feet to it, it is perfect! The combination of ssam, vegetables, and Makguksu is quite addictive. The tuna mayo rice ball was the taste that we are familiar with! It was enough to eat as a side. As expected, it showed the quality worthy of the No. 1 Baedal Minjok ranking! The advantages were the great cost-effectiveness, affordable price, and the generous portions that allowed you to eat as much as you wanted! The portions were so huge that I thought my stomach would burst.
