The staff members were friendly and professional.😊 some could speak and understand English (which makes the reservation and ordering process easy)✅. The restaurant is on the ground floor (no outdoor dining ). However, there’s a lobby bar and buffet options (from 230¥). The hotel also serves western food ( Burgers 🍔, salads 🥙, Pasta 🍝, Pizzas 🍕, salmon 🍣, beef 🥩, etc.) Be sure to make reservations to avoid any disappointments). The ambiance is quite classy and chilled (you might want dress to impress). The place is a couple, children and friends friendly.
