Tet, the Vietnamese New Year In Vietnam, where many devout Buddhists live, colorful incense sticks are an essential part of Tet celebrations The main manufacturer of incense sticks is Quang Phu Cau Incense Village, located on the outskirts of Hanoi. In this small village, there are many small workshops that make incense sticks, and the larger ones are open to the public as photo spots (admission fee required). For tourists, ao dai costumes are rented for female tourists, and there is also a small cafe attached. There were not many workshops that arranged in such beautiful geometric patterns, but during Tet season, there are many colorful incense sticks lined up on the street corners.
