Izu Inatori Ginshui Manor Hotel||| It took nearly 4 hours from Tokyo to Izu Inatori. Although I was confident about the hotel, I was still amazed when I opened the window of the room and saw the sea view and sunset. Before leaving Tokyo, I used my full Japanese and English to communicate by phone. I learned that the hotel arranges a shuttle bus at Inatori Station from 1 pm to 5 pm. As expected, I saw hotel staff waiting with signs as soon as I arrived. Super relieved. In China, people prefer new hotels over old ones, but in Japan, it's the opposite. The not-so-busy street scene, the nostalgic original wooden tatami and the original handmade key are the favorites of social phobia and nostalgic people. I found a lot of guides about Izu on the Internet before, but it seems that I don't need them anymore. I decided to spend a day enjoying the nostalgic hotel and the quiet and appropriate small town around. There are no check-in points, no destinations, just pure emptiness and wasting time, what a beautiful luxury.
