@tsukadashokudo.hk in @eastpointcity serves up a variety of premium ingredients directly sourced from Japanese farms 🇯🇵 so the menu is bound to have something that can satisfy whatever food craving you might have 🤤 We conveniently placed our order through the mobile website via the QR code on the table, then headed over to the complementary salad and drinks bar that was included in our sets (over $58) 🥗 There were plenty of juices, soft drinks and other beverages, a garden salad with different toppings and even some mini cakes to choose from 🍰 When the sukiyaki arrived, the waitress nicely helped us set up the pot. The chicken soup came in a unique white jelly-like form that dissolved very quickly when boiled 🐔 Highly recommend trying this set, which includes five pieces of transcendently tender wagyu beef, a raw egg, an assortment of colorful veggies, a bowl of fluffy rice and some small appetizers, such as Japanese-style potato salad 🤑 As the fish had to be freshly grilled, we had to wait a while for the other set to be served (note that there is a 75 minute meal time limit) 🙈 This set included an entire grilled kinmedia (sea bream) that had super soft flesh, juicy chicken with the ‘miracle’ Sadowara eggplant and peppers covered in a rich black vinegar sauce that goes well with rice, standard miso soup and small appetizers 😍 We also ordered the salmon sashimi just to see if all their raw ingredients were really up to par.
