The most popular one: Summer Palace

Shangri-La Hotel, also known as the Summer Palace, is often fully booked and reservations have to be made one month in advance, especially during the lunch break. This time I still like the Tianbao Pavilion at Sheraton Tsim Sha Tsui more. For dim sum, we ordered beef rice rolls, crispy barbecued pork buns, xiao long bao and Vietnamese crispy shrimp rice rolls. The ingredients are abundant and each dim sum is a big piece! My favorite is the crispy shrimp rice roll. Although the rice roll skin is a bit thick, the crispy shrimp inside is very fresh and chewy.
