Buffet lunch at a five-star hotel

Because of the epidemic, I haven't eaten buffet for many years. This time we chose to have a buffet lunch. The food variety was very complete, comparable to the buffet dinner in a general four-star hotel. Each person was also given a lobster, which was quite large, but the meat quality was average. As for other food, the hot dishes were of relatively good quality, while the desserts were just average in quality.
