The afternoon tea set is also a combination of Chinese and Western, which is unique. First came 2 glasses of Italian sparkling wine, fresh and aromatic. English toasted muffins are hot and fluffy, plus butter and homemade strawberry sauce, sweet and fruity and smooth. The upper layer has several Western desserts, passion fruit cheesecake, litchi rose mousse cake, pleasing appearance and taste. The lower layer is dominated by Chinese savory dishes, such as bacon tart, shrimp toast, salmon avocado tartar, beef potato cake and fried squid cake.
