The best cart noodle in Kowloon @ Sham Shui Po Wen Kee

I believe you are no stranger to Man Kee Cart Noodles. Four shops in Fuk Wing Street, Sham Shui Po, started queuing up at 6pm. Although many people say that Man Kee's food is not as good as before, but I personally think its beef shoulder, spicy squid and Swiss chicken wings are really good. In fact, there have been several years without coming, it turns out that now is a shop selling things, can not eat takeaway are lined up in the same queue, after ordering and paying, if you eat inside, the sister will help you get a bowl of noodles to send to the next shop for you. I guess most people buy takeout, because actually the in-house seats weren’t full until almost 7, but the queue for shopping didn’t stop. The cart dish has beef brisket, which is relatively rare. It's stewed very well. My sister cut it open with scissors. The thick cut is very good and pink and tender. The sauce of spicy squid is really quite spicy. The squid is very tender. The Swiss chicken wings were again excellent and flavorful, however they seemed smaller than before. Also ordered a fermented bean curd through cabbage, fermented bean curd sauce seems to have accidentally spilled, super much super salty.
