There were about ten pieces of duck skin, slightly shiny and mouth-watering. The skin is crispy and the meat is tender. The steamed rice noodle skin is hot and is wrapped with duck skin, sauce and side dishes, which is quite delicious. Yangzhou Crystal Pork ($88) The appearance is a bit transparent, the meat texture is clear, and the taste is salty and fragrant. Casserole Wonton Chicken ($208) The waiter divided the food into six bowls for us. Each bowl contained a wonton and some vegetables, as well as half a chicken. The wonton ingredients were fresh and refreshing, the chicken soup was rich and warm, and the chicken was not too tough.
