I also wanted to try whether the foie gras here could change my impression. First of all, their pappardelle is really fragrant and delicious, and the main ingredient, foie gras, surprised me that it was delicious. It may be that they used the frying method to make the foie gras crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, which makes it easier to accept and enhances the taste.
