Popular coffee shop NOC Coffee Co. (NOC) has opened a branch in The Wai, Tai Wai. It is located on the 4th floor of the mall. It adopts an open lighting design with large floor-to-ceiling glass windows that let in natural light. There is a swirling-shaped design inspired by coffee filters in the middle of the store, while some dining tables and coffee bar bodies are made of glass tiles, which are clear and translucent and symbolize the ice cubes in the coffee. Food, focusing on light meal packages, baked pastries, handmade pasta, salad bowls, etc. We came probably during afternoon tea time and chose an all-day breakfast and a jumbo crab protein toast. - All Day Breakfast 🍽️ These include sausage, bacon, grilled porter mushrooms, avocado, fig mixed salad, broccoli cheese fries, asparagus, scrambled eggs everything was good, not too seasoned, very healthy. - Jumbo Crabmeat Protein Toast🦀 The crabmeat protein is like the usual Shanghainese race crab, smooth and fresh, served with tender spinach sourdough bread, rich and fresh. - Flat White ☕️ Having to choose what beans to use, because not quite familiar so the staff to introduce them one by one, it is worth mentioning that he was quite patient, and finally the finished coffee flavor was very fragrant and strong - Matcha latte 🍵 The light matcha flavour, the milky taste is heavier, and the mouth is smooth.
