Creative sushi with fireworks

This time I went to Tsuen Wan New Terrace for shopping. After walking around, I was attracted by this creative specialty roll-themed restaurant! 🥗 Tornado Salad $76 This tornado salad is generous in portion, with lots of crab sticks, Chinese salad, lettuce and seaweed, served with salad dressing and a little teriyaki sauce. 🤤 🐮Saitama Net Grilled Beef Tongue $78 This net grilled beef tongue is quite excellent. 🥚Homemade Tamagoyaki $55 The homemade tamagoyaki is smooth and tender, just the right amount of sweetness, and you can taste its egg flavor in every bite😄. 🍣Flame Golden Dragon Roll $98 The golden dragon roll is quite a special roll with salmon fried shrimp and cheese. I especially appreciate his fried shrimp 🍤, fried very crispy, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside really makes you can't stop eating! 🍣Fireworks $79 The name of this specialty roll is really beautiful, so I ordered one to try😙. The fireworks consist of spicy tuna puree, spicy salmon, crab roe and crisps, although the menu states that it’s spicy salmon and tuna, but it’s not actually very spicy, even those who don’t eat spicy can eat it!
