【Italian Oyster Bar, High Quality Oysters and Lunch】

Most people go to Tin Hau for the food, and I am no exception. SOOO OYSTER GRILL & PASTA is an Italian style oyster bar. As soon as you look at the name of the shop, you will know that this shop specializes in oysters. But the lunch menu here is quite attractive. The clerk said that the oysters in their store are kept in a refrigerator with strict temperature control to maintain their freshness. Such professionalism made me full of expectations for the quality of the oysters, so I opened two types to try. 🦪Saldanha Bay, South Africa The meat is soft and smooth, the oyster flavor is lighter but still quite full. 🦪 Castle Black from France You can taste the seawater and the oyster flavor. 🍴Lunch Menu has Japanese soup, The dish of the day is mixed vegetable soup, served with a piece of crispy toast. The flavor is quite rich and filling. I like the sweetness and rich taste of mixed vegetables. One of the lunches also included smoked salmon Caesar salad. The salad was fresh and refreshing, and the salmon was not too salty. There were also slices of cheese, which I enjoyed very much. 🐷Charcoal grilled boneless Iberian pork chop with mashed potatoes (HKD 188) The pork chop has a perfect ratio of fat to lean meat, giving it a charred aroma after being grilled, and the meat is tender and juicy. I personally think it's tasty enough even without the sauce. The mashed potatoes are placed in a mini nest and covered with a lid to keep them warm. The texture is so dense that you can taste the potato cubes. 🦞Half side of Boston lobster linguine (HKD 298) The half of the lobster meat also includes the crab claws. The firm and elastic meat is very delicious. The spicy lobster sauce is super rich and sticks well to the noodles. So each springy linguine is very tasty. 🍨I paid extra to order a homemade dessert that is unique to this restaurant. The waiter said it was milk jelly (+HKD 58) but the taste was very special, more like ice cream. After the meal, the Lunch Menu will be served with a cup of coffee or tea. . .
