Snake Peak is located north of Tai Lang Bay in Sai Kung, with an altitude of 468 meters above sea level. The steep mountain of Snake Peak has been called "the first of the three peaks in Hong Kong". To climb the top of the mountain, you can proceed from different directions, the difficulty varies😝 This time I chose the relatively easy route: Pei Tam Au > Chi King > Tai Lang Au > Erratic Snake Au > Ernest Peak It is very convenient to get to Bei Tan Au. The first part of this trip (Chi Keng) is a flat concrete road, which is very easy. After about an hour, we arrived at Tai Lang Au and officially started climbing 🧗‍♀️. The path is not very steep, but be careful of the gravel. Step by step, you will reach Mop Snake Pass. Started to see hints that the road up the mountain was rugged and dangerous⚠️ I want to conquer this tip, don't let me give up so easily 🙅🏻 ♀️ After a short rest, I started to use my hands and feet, climbing more and more, more and more gravel 🪨 But seeing the scenery in front of me is getting more and more open, no matter how hard it is, it's worth it.
