MacLehose Trail｜The best mountain and sea route around Guangzhou～

MacLehose Trail is worthy of being certified by National Geographic as the most beautiful hiking route. Po Pin Chau, Long Ke Wan, and Ham Tin Wan are really beautiful and worth a hike👍👍 Two days and one night camping⛺️with light equipment from Guangzhou. ☀️Day 1: East Dam (M019) - Long Ke Wan (M021) - Pavilion 1 (M023) - Pavilion 2 (M025) - Sai Wan Camping (M030) ✅Cross the border from Luohu, Shenzhen, take the subway🚇to "University Station" Exit B, and then take a taxi to "East Dam High Island Reservoir" for CNY50/person (Note⚠️Do not get off halfway, be sure to get off at the reservoir to save some walking) ✅After arriving at the reservoir, you can go to "Po Pin Chau" for a round trip of 4 km➕take photos within two hours (‼️Do not take the coastal route on the reservoir side, which is more dangerous. You can go to the sculpture and take the uphill route over the mountain, which is safer) ✅It is easy to walk from the reservoir to "Long Ke Wan", 1.5 km in one hour, very beautiful! ✅The road from Long Ke Wan to "Sai Wan" is more difficult, 8 km‼️You have to climb several mountains and many primitive mountain roads. You can wear knee pads and pay attention to the time of play. If you walk at night, it is recommended to walk together! ⭐️Tips: There is no supply from East Dam Reservoir to Sai Wan, so be sure to bring 2 liters of water to drink! · ⛺️Sai Wan Camping The first store is a little more expensive, but it has a fenced camping site to avoid wild boars. There are two more stores inside to compare the prices of goods.
