Hong Kong Food Diary | Authentic Minnan cuisine dinner in Admiralty

The chef personally came to prepare "Lo Hei" for us. This dish is to scoop up the raw fish, which means that everyone will have a good time. ❤️The other two appetizers, the Minnan Five-Spice Roll and the Crispy Shrimp Balls, were really amazing. The outer layer was super crispy and the shrimp meat was fresh and chewy, suitable for family members who like to eat delicious snacks. We also ordered crab meat and fish belly soup, Buddha Bowl seafood taro rings, and Xiamen ginger duck. The ginger duck here is different from the usual taste, it is sweeter, not spicy or greasy. 😍The traditional seafood Fujian noodles are a must-order when eating Fujian cuisine. The prawns are very fresh, the squid is chewy, and the seafood ingredients are paired with the homemade chili sauce. I ate two big bowls by myself. The desserts here are also very unique, honey agar-agar jelly, peanut soup with fried dough sticks, handmade black glutinous rice cakes, all of which are my favorites.
