Restaurants with modern Teochew cuisine

At noon today, I came to "Zijiren" in Tsuen Wan New World. This is a restaurant specializing in new-style Teochew cuisine. The environment is simple and clean, with a sense of refinement. The Goldfish Soup Dumplings are the most surprising dish of the day. The shape of the dumplings is really cute, like little goldfish "swimming around" in the clear soup, which adds visual appeal. The soup is light and mild, the dumpling skin is thin but not easy to break, and the filling is solid. Then there is the classic braised series of Teochew cuisine - braised goose liver and braised goose slices. The goose liver is tender and smooth, and the braising liquid has penetrated just right, not too salty. Paired with hand-made bergamot tea, it is refreshing and smooth. Finally, we had a dish of soy milk, crab meat and sweet potato sprouts.
