Outstanding Wagyu BBQ Experience

The Wagyu BBQ is truly outstanding. Today, I visited The Charcoal Room, a Korean BBQ restaurant located in Causeway Bay's Kimberly Plaza. ✅ The restaurant has a dimly lit ambiance, with spotlights focusing on the grill, creating a perfect atmosphere. ❤️ The staff were friendly and attentive, assisting with grilling the meat and mixing the rice when needed. Full marks for sincerity! 😚 We selected several premium cuts of beef. 😈 First up was the specially selected extra-long beef tongue core. 😆 True to its name, it covered half the circumference of the grill when laid out. 🤩 Generously portioned ❤️ and sliced to the perfect thickness, it released an enticing beef aroma with just a light sear. 🤗 The texture was both crispy and chewy, offering an exceptional bite. 😋 We also ordered the Charcoal Beef Platter. 😍 This included Wagyu ribeye cap, short rib, premium beef short plate, outside skirt, and rare Wagyu tri-tip. ✅ Each cut had its own unique characteristics and was equally fresh and vibrant. 👍 The Wagyu was beautifully marbled ❤️ and melted in the mouth. 🤤 The rich beef flavor was incredibly satisfying. 😚 The rare Wagyu tri-tip paired with the sukiyaki egg yolk sauce was a showstopper. 🐧 The Wagyu was pre-marinated in a sweet sukiyaki sauce, and when grilled, it released an irresistible beef aroma. 🤤 After achieving a crispy char, dipping it into the smooth and flavorful egg yolk sauce and enjoying it with a bite of rice created a rich and unforgettable taste experience. 👍 For the main dish, we added a traditional stone pot rice. 😍 The classic combination of kimchi and rice was mixed together, with spicy sauce added to taste. ☺️ The flavors were indulgent and irresistible. 😈 The crispy rice crust at the bottom of the pot was a highlight not to be missed. 🥴 For drinks, we chose the refreshing and palate-cleansing lychee soda and lime soda. 👍 They paired perfectly with the sizzling BBQ and stone pot rice, making for a flawless meal. ❤️ 🐥🐥🐥🐥🐥🐥🐥🐥🐥🐥 Restaurant Name: The Charcoal Room Address: Shop 301, 3/F, Kimberly Plaza, 1 George Street, Causeway Bay
